The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at University Townhouses Cooperative
I just want to share our joy of living in an amazing town such Ann Arbor, MI for the past 15 years by spending less than $500 per month in rent. Our townhouse apartment has more than 900 sq ft, a basement and on top of all the comfort, the gas and water are included in the monthly rent. It was a phenomenal way to start a family, finish our masters and pursue a career. Thank you from the bottom of my heart University Townhouses Coop. What an amazing place to live and raise our daughter!!!!
