Union House Apartments is an amazing Community with lots of great amenities the location is convenient to the DFW and surrounding communities. The Office and Maintenance Staff are amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine and she was awesome finding me the perfect place. The Maintenance Staff are very fast and efficient with work orders and the Community is very close to a lot of shopping.

Once Greystar took over and new management came on, the hospitality and service went down.
Our leasing agent, Jasmine, is warm,friendly, and knowledgeable seemingly in all aspects of the facility. Any problems or questions were immediately resolved or addressed to our satisfaction.

The communication is very poor. I’ve put in several complaints about the internet, our upstairs neighbors, trash, etc and I never get an actual response or follow up back. The only thing I receive is an email saying that my message has been sent. Ever since new management took over, communication and execution of things have been poor.

We've been in this complex for two years now. We were actually one of the first residents to move in when this place opened. Unfortunately, we run into some major issues with the new property management company, Greystar. They took over about two months before our lease was set to expire. We emailed them about our options to renew our lease. I had to send follow up emails three times over the course of two weeks before someone responded - and they didn't even answer our questions. So we took the hint and told them that we are moving out. Now, two weeks before we're scheduled to move into our new home, the front office tells us that we're on the hook for 60 days of additional rent at three times our base monthly rent. After confronting the assistant manager about this, he tells me he's not going to help and there's nothing he can do.
