So far Union House has been a pleasant experience for me and my family. From applying to the property, touring, and finally signing the lease, everything was smooth, which I needed it to be because this is my first time living in an apartment community.

It’s been good. The people are nice and the apartment itself is nice and cosy and perfect for our family. The gym is amazing as well. Great place for our pets. People just need to pick up after their pets.

I love these apartments everyone is friendly and staff is very helpful.
Once Greystar took over and new management came on, the hospitality and service went down.
Our leasing agent, Jasmine, is warm,friendly, and knowledgeable seemingly in all aspects of the facility. Any problems or questions were immediately resolved or addressed to our satisfaction.
Union House is such a beautiful, safe, quiet, and well-maintained apartment community. The leasing team has been extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and gracious each time I have encountered them by phone, email, or in-person. I’m definitely happy to be a Union House resident! :-)
This place is amazing. Everyone’s friendly and it’s super clean.
The communication is very poor. I’ve put in several complaints about the internet, our upstairs neighbors, trash, etc and I never get an actual response or follow up back. The only thing I receive is an email saying that my message has been sent. Ever since new management took over, communication and execution of things have been poor.

My experience has been good, nothing serious bad. I happen to like my place and amenities.
We’ve really enjoyed our time at UH! Perfect place to call our first home. We really enjoy the access to the neighborhood walking trails and the overall layout of UH.

We've been in this complex for two years now. We were actually one of the first residents to move in when this place opened. Unfortunately, we run into some major issues with the new property management company, Greystar. They took over about two months before our lease was set to expire. We emailed them about our options to renew our lease. I had to send follow up emails three times over the course of two weeks before someone responded - and they didn't even answer our questions. So we took the hint and told them that we are moving out. Now, two weeks before we're scheduled to move into our new home, the front office tells us that we're on the hook for 60 days of additional rent at three times our base monthly rent. After confronting the assistant manager about this, he tells me he's not going to help and there's nothing he can do.
