Transit Village combines apartment living with high-end venues and outdoor recreational activities. Gourmet food favorites Whole Foods and Trader Joe's give foodies plenty to smile about, and lovers of locally-sourced, organic food rave about Naked Lunch, where everything is made fresh on site.
On weekends, climbing enthusiasts visit the Boulder Rock Club and the Spot, while parkour lovers practice their sport at Apex Movement. Less strenuous outlets for enjoyment exist, such as the horseshoe courts at the East Mapleton ball fields or the movie viewing rooms at the Century Theatre. Those artistically inclined can find local artist studios at Art Work Space, where visitors can purchase wares and take art classes.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Two Nine North
I would be a little apprehensive due to the electrical & the homelessness around there. Felt very unsafe walking my dog.
It's really nice, but kind of expensive, as things tend to be around here.
No dining room area was my only issue. Lauren, my tour agent, was excellent.
Would not because the front desk experience is often not helpful (another example is taking several months and attempts to get us in the buzzer system) and there seems to always be something out of order or being worked on, which is not something I've experienced in other places I've lived--maybe there are just more things that need maintaining here. The price of our apartment has also gone up quite a bit (and the con services fees were a surprise as well) so the value is not there in my opinion. I like the location and apartment itself. Not an issue with the apartment itself, per se, but our locked bikes were stolen out of the garage, so I also don't feel great about the area in that sense. It's not a bad option per se, but the price point doesn't match the service in my opinion.
Location, cleanest and front desk staff interaction and willingness to work with me in my time of needs
I will recommend the higher level apartments as it likely to be saver and more quiet as the ground level apartment has no fence sperat it from the outside environment
Brett was extremely professional and went out of his way to help us with our maintenance issues. There were quite a few things that needed fixing when we moved in and Brett was able to help us with all of them.
The building is centrally located and has a lot of opportunity to be amazing. There are a lot of college students in this building who are disrespectful and definitely don't see this as home--more like a dorm. I wish this building wouldn't accept guarantors. It would make for a better living environment.
It is a great place for people new to Boulder, particularly those who work nearby.
The maintenance team is always reliable! Truly, the only reason I would caution someone if they wished to move here is the behavior of the college aged neighbors. It can be on the disruptive side!
The reasons I would recommend this community to my friends is is its central location and good apartments. The reasons I would recommend against this community is the constant repairs being done throughout the complex. The elevator next to my apartment was out of service for literally months. In addition, the garage door not working for some weeks over the summer, etc.
the agent assured me that he will be emailing me with information. It has been over a week and he has not followed up as of yet kind of disappointing!!
This rating is based upon the excellent service from Maintenance and Brett.
I would recommend it because this is a great complex in a great location. And I would not, because I have difficulties reaching the leasing staff.
safe , clean , great service , good location
Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly and efficiently. And the issue is always resolved.
Ryan and Teysha were a dream to speak with and become acquainted with. Prior, our experience looking for places had been somewhat cold and flaky. The property is very nice and in a great location, compared to other places on the market, this is simply far superior in terms of location, quality, and staffing.
If we ever need a rental again, we would rent here in a heart beat.
Location can't be beat but, as the costs rise to reflect this fact (and also I suspect because we're right next to Google) my willingness to stay and recommend to others in the same economic spectrum decreases proportionately. We were very fortunate that the last manager elected to allow us to maintain our initial rate likely due to COVID, so I'm not optimistic we can maintain that boon indefinitely. For the price we pay now, however, the value is definitely reasonable and something we'd entertain maintaining long term.
I would recommend this apartment community because everyone here is super helpful.
definitely would recommend the property to anyone looking for a nice place in Boulder
Clean safe quiet professional living space in geographically desirable location.
It has everything you would need in an apartment, and the location is great.
I lived in this apartment last year, and it was absolutely amazing. The apartment it's self was well put together, the people were extremely nice, and the amenities are abundant.
Location - Nice mix of people - age, ethnicity, orientation, etc.
The location was great however there were not enough community that were of similar age. The weekends were noisy. The apartment was too small as I moved from a house I felt too confined with the layout and no view
Great for couples who want an Urban "Downtown" Location with the convenience of stores we love (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, Starbucks).
I enjoyed Two Nine North for six years. During that time, LPC was only the last of several property management companies, and by far the best. Over the last two or so years, I appreciated very substantial renovations of and upgrades to the shared facilities and much improved general upkeep. I recommend Two Nine North to anyone I talk to about it. Thanks!
The one area being around the internal part of the pool area could use some common courtesy from the maintenance folks. The area in the mornings especially could use no work until after say 10. The reason is everything ecos and is super load especially in the winter when the got damn scrappers come out. it’s LOUD as hell. just general stuff around the pool is always loud -
I would recommend it if they do not mind the prices along with the various rules the complex had in place. However, if they were a student, I would suggest other places given that it'??s mainly family focused.
Management and maintenance teams are professional, proactive, and courteous. They build a real sense of community.
For six years, my requests for maintenance have always been promptly fulfilled, usually on the same day. Thanks!
Everything about the apartment and the apartment complex is wonderful. The only reason I would suggest someone should look elsewhere is the premium charged for leases shorter than a year. This had a much higher premium than the complex across the street.
I have yet to experience Two Nine North, but the atmosphere is often generated by the staff and having met Crystal and Dennis I see no reason why a pleasant friendly atmosphere should not prevail.
Very nice place Price may hinder rental as I am seeking single occupancy unit
It's a friendly community and things are clean, and in order.
I love the space. Although, I wish the fitness center were larger. There aren't any nearby gyms within walking distance.
The floor area/ price is too high compare to other apartments nearby. I just doesn't make sense to pay more but get less space.
The inability for guests to access the building without resident "going to an entry to let them in" during evenings and Sundays is very inconvenient. There needs to be a system in place that allowes better access without jepordizing the security.
The only thing I didn't like was the darkness of the particular unit we had facing the small courtyard. Loud entrances by people coming in through the hallway, esp.late at night was also a problem. Location was awesome, loved the new lobby and the redecorated and convenient public spaces.
It is a very secured complex that makes its residents feel safe and that is the most important factor when choosing an apartment.
yes
Overall, i like it. It's just really expensive and feels a little too much like a hotel.
The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. The facility itself is secure, clean and well maintained.
The staff make moving in easier than it ever has been before. The building is beautiful with gorgeous views and well-kept amenities. The condo itself is spacious, warm and welcoming. I?ve never felt so at home, this soon into a move.
Price for 1 bedroom apartments along with monthly deposits for pets is high compare to other properties
Thank you for the prompt resolution of all my requests. I am delighted with my experience thus far. Hoping to continue to have such a positive experience. The current team is very responsive and professional. Thank you.
The maintenance crew, as well as the front desk, have been extremely thorough and attentive.
Apartments located directly behind Target are subject to substantial backing noise from delivery trucks. Construction noise from Google was almost intolerable 6 days a week during the last year due to construction equipment and dust, but that should be almost over. The apartment complex should now really benefit from the close proximity of Google.
I loved my place, and the staff was great. But because of high costs and rising rent each year when re-leasing I could not stay.
