Located off the 405 Freeway and five miles from Downtown Irvine, Turtle Rock's central location makes it easy to commute into nearby cities, and the Irvine Airport sits just seven miles west of the neighborhood. Turtle Rock Community Park resides along Shady Canyon Drive, complete with picnic tables, tennis courts, and an amphitheater where locals enjoy outdoor concerts. For good eats, you can find various eateries on and around University Drive near Concordia University, just one mile out of the neighborhood.

Property Ratings at Turtle Rock Vista Apartment Homes
Typical Irvine Company establishment. A bit on the older side but spacious. Unit came with some bugs, but an exterminator will come free of charge, so no big deal. Housing office very friendly and responsive. Area is quiet with mostly young families and professionals. Laundry room: machines are equipped with credit card readers so you don't have to buy a pay card or fish for coins anymore. Bike path accessible through the community. Have yet to have trouble finding parking further than 50 yards, even for guests. The high school next door causes some traffic, but that can be avoided with good timing. Have 1 cat, no problems. Would recommend to people if they're not looking for a posh place but rather, a quiet place with friendly people.
