The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Trolley Lofts
cons: the roof leaks every time it rains. ventilation is poor as most units have no openable windows, so dust and mold are big issues. youll have to replace your units air filter at least once a month, so i recommend getting an air purifier. we tested the water after developing sores/rashes only to find out its hard water. when we first moved in, they gave us a different unit than the one we toured. this unit had a light fixture missing, a broken garbage disposal, a broken dishwasher that had to be replaced, a dented dryer with a clogged vent (once it was fixed the dust just exploded over the top bedroom, due to horrible ventilation), and we found pre-rolled joints in both closets, indicating no cleaning had been done prior to us moving in. the wifi here is horrible. outages are a regular occurrence. the walls are paper thin, so you will hear everything that happens both in and outside the building, from neighbors being intimate to dogs barking at all hours of the night. its not uncommon for the ceiling to leak, as there are many cracks in the ceiling of the unit. and of course no openable windows. not only does it make the dust and mold issues worse, its a huge fire risk. apparently code violations do not apply to the building thanks to the grandfather clause, so nothing can be done about it. bugs are also an issue. spiders, centipedes, and a few gnats. there are some small holes in the bricks, so dont be surprised to find a new buddy or two when you first move in. pest control comes once every month or so to spray a few entryways and nothing else. sometimes theyll forget to treat your apartment and youll have to request they come outside the batch appointment, and even then they barely do anything. lastly there are issues with break ins in the area. not to mention people speed a lot in the area, and accidents are not uncommon. our car had its bumper ripped off from street parking recently in a hit and run and there was nothing we could do about it. make sure you have full coverage car insurance. lot parking is paid and towing is enforced, its not cheap. theres also sewage leaks outside. you may hear construction outside throughout the day, and road closures for construction are common. management and maintenance is difficult to get a hold of unless you follow up multiple times. be aware theres a lot of personal responsibility placed on the tenants to care for the apartment. read your lease carefully. pros: located by some lovely parks.
