The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Townhouses Of Chesterfield
Let me start by saying the maintenance team is a one man band and he does the best he can and i appreciate that. He's the best part of TOC. Within an hour of me signing my lease i started to see roaches while i was cleaning and unpacking. I went back to the main office to let them know of the issue and that if they could not get rid of them , i needed my deposit back. They sent the exterminator out every week for about 2 months and stopped. I saw a slight improvement but they were not gone completely. I had to keep my home like a sub zero freezer to kill them and whatever other insects dwell there. To this day, i still see them here and there. The maintenance guy told me that its been an ongoing issue there. Only 2 of the 5 outlets in my master bedroom work. Ive been asking about this issue being resolved so long till I just gave up. So needless to say that i have a whole fire hazard in my bedroom with multiple things connected to a power-strip. The work orders get marked as completed when they've never been attempted to be resolved. They love to send out "threats" and "notices" via rubber-banded notes to doorknobs verses using the actual mail box. The newest manager is RUDE beyond measures. They never answer the phone and never return voicemails but expect to get paid on time. There are like 6 visitor parking spaces throughout the whole complex. There is ALWAYS busted glass in the parking lot. I HATE living here. The space is tremendous and the complex has so much potential, but right now.......throw the whole complex away. I cannot wait to move!
Property Manager at Townhouses Of Chesterfield, Responded To This Review
We’re disappointed to read your review. Our office and maintenance team works hard to upkeep the property. We’d love the opportunity to speak with you. Please come by our office or call us at your convenience. Thank you!
She has a nasty attitude she never goes by the law she makes her rules as she goes and the maintenance guy keeps so much confusion going on with tenants I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The grounds look awful
I just moved in and is already having problems with my apartment. I bring the issues to the manager and she gets an attitude. She has also gotten smart with me over the phone about such a small issue and charged me $500 because of the claim that my house "smelled" like dog (whatever that means). I would never direct someone to these apartments. I hate a bad attitude!
I am a tenant at Dutch Village have been for almost 4 years . I love the spaciousness of the apartment. The atmosphere is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The property manager and maintenance are superb! If you are looking for a suburb like environment than Dutch Village is the place to live.
I can't wait to move out. The people that owns this property doesn't care how their buildings look like. Just want your rent...
I have been living in Dutch Village who is owned by KRS Holding I really enjoy living there. They are great apartments. They keep the grounds looking awesome. I feel safe when I am at home . I would recommend these apartments to everyone.
