So far so good. Quiet place. Neighbors are friendly. Complex is fairly clean. No complaints. Management is on point when it comes to communicating any changes or issues.
Really enjoy living here and the community is very quiet and clean. There is good communication prior to staff entering your apartment for checks or maintenance.
Great place to live. Recommend living here since the units are nice and the staff are great. Access to the Greenway is nearby and is centrally located in Hamden near shops and restaurants, but still quiet.
Living at Town Walks has been a great experience for our family. The admin staff are genuinely helpful and always ready to assist, and the maintenance team responds quickly with immediate action whenever something needs attention. The clubhouse is consistently clean and inviting, and I truly enjoy using the gym and both pools especially during the summer. The whole community feels warm, quiet, and welcoming, thanks to the wonderful residents. Overall, a comfortable and well managed place to call home!

I’ve been living in this apartment for a while, and I’d like to recognize the maintenance team for their excellent work. They are always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely care about keeping the property in good condition. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance issue, it was handled efficiently and with a great attitude — they really deserve credit for that. Unfortunately, my experience with the management team, especially Elizabeth, hasn’t been as positive. Communication often feels unhelpful or dismissive, and it seems like resident concerns aren’t always taken seriously. I truly believe that with better management communication and attitude, this place could be so much better — the maintenance team is already doing their part.
The residence environment is very nice. The amenities are great. The mail and the package drop is also great. The rooms are small but the closets are amazing. Upstairs neighbor is a bit fussy!

It’s very comfortable, and the heating and cooling work excellently. Since the house is next to a road, you can hear some traffic noise, but it’s not too bothersome. The staff are also excellent.
Everything is good except for the ability to always have parking in the lot in front of my apartment. The facilities are nice and luckily my neighbors are quiet enough that I dont hear much of anything through the walls.
Lovely place to live, people are friendly and the facilities are good. The office staff are helpful, especially when you pop in to see them in person.

I am thoroughly enjoying my experience. It's a great community that is well taken care of and is extremely friendly. Whenever there is an issue the admin is quick to respond and resolve.
Very quiet and calm place to live! People are very friendly and made the move in process a lot easier. Our dogs love the dog park and all the open grass to walk around on.
Maintenance is always so nice and helpful. I can always get someone on the phone to help me out when I have a question. The reason we chose town walk, is because out of all the places we toured, this leasing office was the most kind, accessible, and honest.
Very nice place to love with a lot of great people and things to do. Only small hiccup is at times it can be a little bit noisy. Otherwise, definitely recommend!
Decent place to live, however rent goes up every year. Grounds are clean and maintained. Older apartments needs updating. Maintenance crew here are very pleasant and are on top of requests needed for service

The office and maintenance staff have been very helpful and responsive. Upon moving in, there were a few issues in my apartment and they were more than accommodating.

After renting in a once beautiful old house, the landlord refused to fix things and it was annoying. This community is well taken care of and maintenance is great. Up to date fixtures and quick service is terrific. The only thing I wish would get done is power washing the breezeway on each floor.
Only been here for a little while, but so far Town walk is a quiet, peaceful, and great community. It’s clean and also very safe so I can walk my dog at night without any issues.
I recommend living in the condominium, I believe that security and well-being are essential for life and for the family.And the condominium offers a complete infrastructure, with swimming pools, a children's room, a gym, green space, a space for pets, and, without a doubt, wonderful service.
I love the maintenance team. They are amazing and always go above and beyond. I do feel as if it’s starting to get a little pricey here tho…

Great experience moving in, was greated promptly and given help with move in location and more. Only downside was a leak in our sink but other than that it was fantastic

Town walk has become my home. I walk my dog Bree throughout the community three times a day. I meet friends and my dog has her own network of friends lol . I love the planned activities that they have here. The amenities are great. I do tell my friends who are looking to downsize that Town walk is an excellent choice

I’ve had a generally positive experience living in this apartment. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities are convenient for day-to-day life. The apartment itself is comfortable, with a good layout and decent natural light. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and the management team is professional and courteous. The location is also a plus, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation. Overall, it’s been a pleasant place to live.
Maintance stuff is so friendly especially Eric. When we have any issues he comes immediately to help us. Over all we are happy to leave there.
For now I love it! All accommodations and always administration has responded quickly to our questions or with help when something needs to be repaired
