Excellent areas, wonderful community...great spaces. my dogs love the park. I enjoy walking thee comun areas. is clean and spacious. I LOVE IT VEERY NICE.
I like living in the condominium, it has several very good areas such as a gym, swimming pool, barbecue but what could improve is communication regarding the condominium rules, the improper use of areas, non-compliance with the rules should be stricter.
Well, we have just moved in and are getting used to the facilities. The complex so far is wonderful. The convenience of support services like trash is a great plus. The landscaping and surroundings are beautiful and they’re always seems to be landscaping and maintenance staff readily available.
Excellent community to stay in with lots of good amenities. I have been staying here for last 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience staying here.
The community is nice, the amenities are great and I use the pool and gym all the time. The noise levels are much less compared to other apartments due to the carpets and even within the apartment I cannot hear from other rooms so having roommates is better. Maintenance is amazing and super responsive and helps with anything and everything. My only complaint is the price of rent for what you get appliance wise. I am in an older building and the appliances are outdated and near broken (some of them actually broke) but maintenance replaced my washer with a brand new one immediately. After one year of living here I did really enjoy my stay and plan on renewing my lease (even though rent increased). Also the lofts are the way to go and make a HUGE difference on the size of the apartment.

New community is beautiful. Very spacious. Quiet area.. a lot of play areas for children and even some space for older kids to adults to enjoy
Just moved in yesterday but people seem to be friendly and the apartment is clean.i can’t wait to take my dogs to the dog park. Signing lease was very easy. All done online and all my questions were answered back quickly through email.
Super thin ceilings you can hear everything from upstairs...Employees are great...facilities are getting old. Overall good for a transition year but not longer then a year.
So far we have had no issues living here. We enjoy using the onsite gym and now that the weather is nicer, we have enjoyed our long walks with our dog on the rail trail. Very peaceful, safe and nice community here. We love it!
I've lived at Town Walk for the past 2.5 years and I enjoy it! Apartments are a good size, indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, and there are plenty of amenities (gym, playground, grills around the complex, dog park. Maintenance always responds quickly to any issues - no matter if they're major or minor. Folks in the leasing office answer questions and are friendly. Haven't had any issues with bugs, rodents etc, and most people I've encountered here are nice and quiet.
Very quiet and safe community. I describe my place as a quiet oasis. It's so comfortable living here that I actually love staying home. Spring is approaching so I am really going to start enjoying my patio and going for nice walks.

You need to clean walk way. It has dog waste all the time. Also you need empty the trash. It has full when we try to put our trash. Also you need to put slow down sign because people are driving crazy in the community.
We have been here 2 years now and we truly enjoy living here. The leasing office, and maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful and very responsive in a timely manner. We plan on signing another lease this year. ???????????

Everything is clean and well kept. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any problems I’ve had here. Also, actually do preventative maintenance upkeep, such as replacing air filters in heating/cooling air system. Neighbors are responsible and respectful of each other and our shared environment.

Town walk has been wonderful thus far! Lived here for over a year and just extended our lease. All maintenance requests are fulfilled within a week. The staff is so friendly and kind. Packages are easy to pick up at the mail room. Amenities are great!

The condominium has a good structure with a gym, space for children, space for pets, swimming pool, barbecue areas. The maintenance team is very good, all employees are always ready to help residents. I have lived here for over two years and I recommend living here.

I’ve enjoyed my time living here. The apartment complex is very quiet, which makes it a peaceful place to come home to. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. I think there’s room for improvement in a few areas. The appliances could use some updating—they’re functional, but newer models would definitely enhance the overall experience. Additionally, it would be nice if the carpeting was replaced or refreshed annually to keep things feeling clean and modern. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and these updates would make it even better.

Only been here for a week but our apartment is in pretty good condition and when we needed help from maintenance they were in and out super quickly
Nice environment for living. Quite and peaceful but some of the staff has to improve their communication skills. Also time to time the trash can is full hard to throw our trash.
So far so good. I am a new resident here just moved here as of last week. It was a smooth transition from applying to finally moving in. Andrew was easy to work with and I am slowly but surely getting settled. The community so far is nice and quiet.
After staying at at TW at Hamden Hills for several months, I can proudly say that I would give the living situation here 5 stars! With a secure way to retrieve non-amazon packages, a friendly community, and very respectful staff, it is honestly great being here.
Town Walk is a great place to live. Cost, Location, amenities and for great for work, schools, shopping, eating out. recommend highly. A must look!

It's a natural environment, there are trails nearby, and a small pond on the premises. Mint Mobile doesn't have a signal. I've called for rescue staff during the day, and they came right away and solved the problem. There are many children and elderly couples, and residents are friendly so it is a very comfortable place to live.

Very easy move in process. Maintenance helped out with some minor issues like sink draining and broken blind panel. But apartment was very clean upon move in
Some of the communications of repaving were confusing and I wish it was better communicated or someone answered my email I sent, but it looks really nice now that it is done.
The condominium is always making new improvements, such as repaving the asphalt and cleaning the balconies. Whenever I needed to use the maintenance service, the employees were always very helpful and ready to help.

Everyone here is very nice and l love the community. I love how there are community events as well! It does feel like a some town inside a big town and I feel as everyone respects everyone!
