The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tivoli Gardens
I lived here for so long, and I'm so thankful we finally were able to afford to move! We had mice for years, amongst other things like cockroaches and ants. They literally never did anything about it.
I stayed here for 5 years, and I had great time. Nice location, good neighborhood and everything is nearby. Elizabeth has been very helpful... I can understand why people have been staying here since more than 20 years, because Tivoli Gardens is value for money.
I have lived here for many years. Best staff ever! Great schools. The location is amazing.
The complex is close to all major highways and the apartments have good storage spaces and are very reasonably priced and have better layouts than many other apartments I saw in the area. Before i moved i saw negative reviews about the place but 4 years in I've had no issues/complaints. Neighboors have had issues with the parking and towing, and that can be a pain, but other than that i would recommend it.
