Property Ratings at Timberwalk
We really have no problems here and the office lady shantia is awesome with any and everything we need. I suggested my daughter to move here also
This apartment complex has yet to fix the hot water problem that has been going on over two months now! Not only is there no security here but this area is a high crime and the management here is horrible, and can't forget about the nothing for good maintenance crew.
I love this place, it's quite and the area is very convenient not to mention affordable. The office people are very helpful and always friendly. I have recommended 2 people already.
Moved here because they help with criminal history but otherwise I would not. No matter how much I clean, always roaches. They sprayed the cabinets in the kitchen with paint, I still cant put anything in them because everything ends up smelling like paint so plastic plates it is. Also if someone smokes cigarettes or weed, you can smell it in the air conditioner. Theirs a lady in the office who whenever you call says oh yea we'll call you in a bit to resolve that, never flipping calls back. It's like they want you to harass them.
I currently live here at Timberwalk and am more than satisfied as a resident. The office is always very professional and the one time i had an issue it was handled very professionally and prompt. I always enjoy going to the office the management/employees are always so friendly. I would recommend theses apartments to all my friends and family. Thanks Timberwalk for making me feel at home.
I strongly recommend these apartments , very respectful and a very good maintenance crew
Terrible experience with these apartments would definitely not recommend. To start off, when I moved in to my apartment all the appliances were filthy not dirty but filthy. I am on the third floor and the living room floor is shaky, i don't know how old these building are but i don't feel safe feeling like the floor is going to fall through. The AC unit is very old and loud and sometimes we go days without any hot water, it seems they can't get their boiling system right. Every time I need something in the apartment repaired I have to repeatedly remind the office more than twice, I even had to go to maintenance myself and remind them myself of the issue to get them to come in and on top of that the office is VERY rude and they will all tell you different information and make it seem like i'm making things up. Also, the gates are ALWAYS open, if it's not one it's the other every time they fix it, it only lasts a few days but either way there will always be one gate open. Not to mention that this neighborhood is always filled with crime because cops are always around here and not just one but two cop cars, every time something happens it's 6 or more of them. My front door isn't even able to close fully because it looks and feels like someone has already broken through it plenty of times in the past. I literally have to put force on to the door to lock my top lock. This is the WORST experience I have ever had in an apartment building.
There is mold growing out of my air vents and maintenance hasn’t come after they said they would. the particle boards under all the counters and cabinets are constants desinagrating and making the floor dirty. the front door won’t stay closed unless you lock it immediately, and doors always have to be closed because of the ridiculous amount of bugs and rodents on the complex. not to say that you can do something to stop bugs from getting inside your house, because the windows and doors aren’t fully sealed. that also makes the ac useless. water regularly shuts off with no warning, and recently one of the dumpsters caught on fire. live here if you want to constantly worry about having safe living conditions.
This is the worst place to live, do not move in here, the price its not worth it, people working in the office don't even help when there's something wrong going on in your apartment and they also make so many mistakes, moving here was a very big mistake.
Such a horrible place. Its overpriced and its just plain dirty.
don't move here! I don't care how cheap it is. your safety is more important. maintenance men are crooked. management is HORRIBLE. car broken into 3xs and apt but in my apt they used a key (maintenance) and management had nothing to say ....RUN!!
First time renting an apartment, this place is horrific. Roach problem was never solved after countless service requests, the bathroom looks cheaply done. Walls are overly painted over the years. Not to mention the parking lot is over crowded and apartment outside complex is disgusting, trash and litter everywhere. My car has been towed numerous times for no reason, and the apartment facility just don't care. They always have an excuse, nor do they answer the phone. Paying rent and living here is not worth it.
Everything look nice an almost new. The service is good when you need something fixed they go on the same day you call.. But rent is a little expensive for living in the third floor.
