I just want to share this , Jackie has been so Helpful since day 1 when I first applied for these apartments. With the back and Forth emails and making sure I had all the paper worker that I needed. Jackie has been there checking up. Super excited to finally meet her in person we got along over the phone. She make me feel so welcome and I am not there yet. Coming from San Diego this is going to be an amazing move. i would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move in especially with these great prices. We have yet to move in, However the staff was amazingly helpful and made the move in experience as smooth as possible especially for first time buyers. Monica and Derrick assisted us in every way possible and does their best to make new residents feel welcomed.

I have lived in this property for the last 3 years and I must say that since Karya Management took over the property over a year ago, everything went from bad to really good. The most important thing for me is that the property staff are friendly, and approachable. They address all your concerns in a timely manner and you feel that they really care. I have lived in an apartment for 15 years, so far Karya tops my list!

I dont get why these two women hate this place. My husband and i love it. Clearly they are misrable. Staff is the best. Since the new pinacle took over this property has gotten alot better. Ive lived here for 5 yrs, & been thru differnt managements they are by far the most helpful. iv found that at all properties i have lived at there are always tenants that find stuff to complain about.

This complex used to be an excellent place to live, but ever since the change in owners around 6 months ago it's been absolute trash! Any positive reviews here are from before the change in management. They increased the price and decreased services like maintenance. If something breaks down you should be prepared to have to fix it your self. However if you get lucky they might show up a month or two after your request to fix something. The new owners just don't care.

We have major hot & cold water problems that have not been fixed for weeks. We can't take showers. The current staff never answers the phone, I think they know it's people complaining. The mail room has been closed for months with no estimate when it will reopen, we have to go to the post office on Jones to get our mail. Would YOU like to live here? There is more but they don't give enough space to list it all here.
This is a nice peaceful place. It's very clean. The office people are the best you could find.
