I had some electric outlet issues and fridge went out. Robert came out next day after reporting issue. He fixed all outlets very quickly and order new fridge. He both kind and courteous and let me know exactly when to expect new fridge.

Tiburon apartments are nice and clean apartments. They are very old with some foundation issues, but the size of the unit is huge for the price. Parking is very good. It’s very quiet at night and during the day in some areas of the neighborhood. The trash dumpster areas are kept clean. The trees have acorns falling everywhere, but they are swept up each week. You can’t beat the price for the area.

Quiet and safe community. We had a water leak in our closet due to the prior upstairs tenants. There was mold growing on the wall. They dried out the closet, had the carpet padding replaced, carpet professionally cleaned, tore out all the dry wall and redid it. We really appreciate how they handled it! Maintenance is good about fixing issues quickly! Only thing, refill the bags at all the dog bag stations please!!

Tiburon is a great place to live for me. I enjoy the location of where it’s at (nearby gas stations, grocery stores, and entertainment). Everyone I have met in the community are nice friendly people. Management also does well with their job and always responds in a quick and timely manner. If there’s any issues they make sure to communicate to everyone about the issue and gives updates as well.

Tiburon apt are so good I never felt this comfortable to be able to walk outside with out a worry , the area is nice having the stores walking distance and all it’s a very beautiful place to live when the sun goes down

Living at Tiburon, I am “at home”. I have a beautiful space that I have made my own. The staff is both professional and personal. Tiburon staff helped navigate the necessary move to another apartment and then back to my “home” when the horrific ice storm caused my apartment to flood. The best maintenance team I've ever had! They get to you as soon as they can, and fix the problem. They are one of the main reasons we still reside at Tiburon. If the maintenance team isn't professional, respectful, and actually good then there is no reason to stay- so glad that isn't the case here!

I have only lived here for 2 weeks, but it has been a great experience so far. The apartment was clean and in working order when I moved in. The office staff has been very friendly and good at communicating. Joe with Maintenance was very nice and helpful when I was having issues with my washer and dryer installed by Best Buy.

Location is key at this quiet enclave in North Dallas. I am happy to call this place home: the staff makes it easy to communicate & they retain the same people, year after year, which speaks volumes about the mgmt team. Maintenance is top notch - friendly & efficient. Never a complaint or push-back. The grounds are always kept up & the pools cleaned. I appreciate the landscaping - it feels cozy. Close proximity to several highways & tollways; parks & restaurants. Close enough to downtown & quiet even through the hums & buzzes of nearby businesses. You pay for what you get & it's ample space; older units but they're remodeling bit by bit.

I love the location & size of the apartment homes! The staff is awesome and my neighbors are great. Pet friendly community, and close to all the dog parks in the area! Everything you need is within a 5-10 min drive & dont get me started on all the restaurants around! I definitely plan on re-leasing but moving into the next bigger unit!

Overall my experience with Management and Maintenance at Tiburon has been pleasant. The core of my frustration revolves around the plumbing issues that existed long before I moved in nearly 3 years ago. How those issues were not addressed until we had this devastating freeze which ended up compounding the problems and causing residents like myself to still be dealing with water issues 5 weeks after.

The Tiburon is conveniently located near groceries, banks, walmart, eating & clubs, gas stations, shopping and Dallas Medical Center close. I have lived what I feel is a very safe & secured life at Tiburon for almost 8 years. I picked Tiburon because of convenience to grocery stores, banks, shopping, eating, walmart and clubs. Medical City Dr. offices & hospital ~ 15min away. With all of that I just had to check it out and have stayed ever. Its my home.

Tiburon is the best apartment to live, it is in the middle of everything, shopping, restaurants etc. The complex is quiet and well maintained, i keep renewing my lease each time and have been here for years. If i am move it is because i bought a house, will stay here until that happens.

I have lived at the Tiburon since 2014 and lovero the convenience it has with banking, grocery, restaurants, Liquor, shopping and Walmart close by. It's about 10-15min drive to Medical City Dallas Hospitals and 1 mile to the tollway.

I lived here for about a year and am still very pleased with Greystar properties. No complex is without its flaws but you have to factor in this one's size and of course, COVID 19. Sometimes maintenance requests were a little slow, and it seemed like there was a new issue with my apartment every month like with the utilities and whatnot. That's to be expected at most places though, and the maintenance crew worked around the clock all over this complex and when they got to you, they were professional and easy to talk to while quickly getting the job done. I didn't really get to know the office staff, but the same goes for them. The few times I had to call them, they're really friendly and helpful. Protip for apartment hunting in case this review goes public: Most places are going to have mostly negative reviews because how often do you as an average person take the time to write up 4 or 5 star reviews when you're happy and moving on with your life? Not often. When you're angry? You're blowing the dust off keys you never type with because you've been personally affected and want justice. In addition, MOST reviews complaining staff rudeness or late turnaround on requests, leave out the parts about the customer (the one writing the negative review) being entitled or rude themselves. How do I know this? I've worked in customer service, manual labor, food service, advertising, producing, music, sales, and now I work a job where part of it is explaining the importance of these reviews for my clients and their businesses. Just remember that you're gonna find good and bad wherever you go because everyone is human, life happens (sometimes it throws a plague at the entire world), and what you SHOULD be looking for in reviews are responses from the business themselves to see how they address negativity. PR skills say a lot about a business. The short version: Tiburon is a solid complex. I only wish I had paid a little less and that the gym would be better equipped. At the end of the day, my girlfriend, my property and myself were safe and life goes on. 9/10, would recommend.

Quiet environment. Ground keeping could be better. There is definitely a lot exterior work that needs to be done being in the area and recent insurance claims Im sure it would affordable
