Dogs and Cats Allowed: Two pets maximum per home. Pets must be licensed in accordance with any state or local laws/regulations. Cats must be spayed or neutered with statement from veterinarian and all pets must be vaccinated. There is a refundable $250 deposit per pet and a monthly rent of $15 per pet. Neighborhood - Downtown Dallas
