The management team, deserving of the highest praise, ensures it is both a sanctuary of comfort and innovation—just polished enough to make even the most fastidious person feel slightly out of place. Excellent experience living at The Triangle for five years. It's a well-maintained apartment, with a bus stop right in front of the building. With the metro coming to downtown Redmond, I expect the transportation to be even more convenient.

We renewed our lease— we enjoy being here! The staff at Triangle are always great. Looking forward to the renovated amenities opening in March!

Good experience so far. Very friendly people and great, new facilities. Easy to pick up packages from the lockers and good amenities like the gym.

Just moved in and waiting to have the complete experience. Maintenance of the appartment is good and ambiance is really nice, very peaceful and wide barbeque area.

I have been living at The Triangle for five years, and it's a great experience. This is within walkable distance to Redmond Town Center, and there's a bus that goes directly to downtown Seattle. Super convenient and it's possible to get around without a car!

We love living here. Staff is beyond amazing and the community is lovely. We do wish that there were more activities to get to know more neighbors from different floors. We are excited for the new amenities that are to come.

The apartments are spacious, light-filled, and elegantly functional. The management team adeptly navigates challenges with precision and transparency, ensuring utility cost stability and the absence of hidden fees. It is an ambitious fusion of design, environmental responsibility, and distinguished leadership, offering an experience that continually astonishes and redefines modern living!

The people here are just lovely and extremely helpful. I recently moved into the building and mt move-in experience could not be better. Also, a special thank you to SALENA for helping me chose the apartment virtually as I could not travel.

Great location and environment at The Triangle! Friendly staff at the leasing office. Been here five years and I am happy about this. Didn’t give 5 stars because some amenities are under repair right now.

I felt welcomed right away at these awesome apartments. The staff at The Triangle Apartments is very helpful and kind. I feel safe living in this apartment, people csre foe eachother in these apartments. It's a pet friendly building so I get my pet fix, i feel thr love!

Chris and the team at The Triangle have truly transformed the community into a gem, with their dedication visible in every upgrade—from renovated communal spaces and refreshed courtyards to new EV chargers and regular gym updates. Living here is like wearing the finest, most timeless garment, where comfort deepens with each passing year. Every detail is thoughtfully tailored to meet our evolving needs, as if crafted with unwavering precision. When I recently had a water pressure issue, Chris responded within minutes and resolved it in less than an hour—just another example of their exceptional management and commitment to ensuring the community remains a model of comfort and refinement.

It’s been a few months since I moved in, and still love living at the Triangle! They’ve acquired the stairmaster and new equipment in the gym recently and will be doing renovations on the community lounge— looking forward!

Loving Triangle so much! The grounds and common areas are clean, very quiet and such beautiful apartments. I also feel very safe living here.

We love living here, the staff is amazing and the neighbors are the friendliest. If we could change only one thing, it would be the garage door. Everything else is great!

I really like to live here, The Triangle is a great place and Redmond is a beautiful neighborhood. It is very peaceful and it is vary safe!!

The staff are super nice! I’ve always had good experience with everyone :) Amenities are nice as well, great gym/package lockers/media room/etc. (occasionally there are technical issues with the building, but the staff are usually quick to respond). Since the apartment is located near downtown Redmond, the traffic noise is inevitable during the day, but you barely hear your neighbors through the walls (which is a BIG upgrade from my previous apartment and brings me a peace of mind!). I’d recommend the Triangle for anyone looking for a place near downtown Redmond!

I absolutely love staying here! The atmosphere is fantastic, with a friendly staff always ready to assist, and the common areas are impeccably clean. The gym facilities great. Additionally, I've found my neighbors to be incredibly polite, which adds to the overall positive experience of living here. It truly feels like a welcoming and comfortable community.

We love living here, the staff is beyond amazing, friendly and they are great at creating a sense of community in the building. When there has been issues of any sort, they are quick to go through them and help with the best of attitudes, always kind and helpful :)

We have an amazingly talented staff here! The staff office is helpful and friendly, and the maintenance people are excellent and personable.

I really like the gym and that they put new EV chargers! The gym has a climbing wall and the EV chargers are very convenient. I really like it!

Very kind and welcoming staff from application thru move in. Complex is kept very clean and is in a convenient location within walking distance to anything you’d need. Also quiet community.

Really love The Triangle apartments! I have lived here for four years and the experience is great. Bus stop conveniently located in front of the building, friendly leasing office staff, and a nice resident gym with a sport-climbing wall.

The amenities are all well taken care of and all the people are friendly from management to the tenants. It close by also on everything from groceries store to restaurants.

I Love it! Best management and very clean apartment complex! The apartments are clean, and super insulated so you don’t get to hear your neighbors next to you. Lots of amenities and truly peaceful!

Really good move in instructions including insurance, utilities, WIFI set up, and warmed staffs who reply email quickly that answering all my questions about the specific unit floor plan, referral questions, etc.

We are going into our 3rd year (4th lease) and love it! The upgraded appliances and floors are exactly what we are looking for. We don’t need gym memberships because the gym if full of everything we need.

Living here for years has been great. I've never had quieter neighbors, everyone's been polite so far including the staff who have been insanely helpful whenever i have needed anything. I hope i can continue to stay for a long time!

Excellent living experience at The Triangle. Conveniently located in downtown Redmond, and there is a bus stop in front of the building. The rent is a bit pricey, but it's well worth the additional cost.

Overall I think it’s a good place. However there are few things needed to improve. I had seen some dogs pupu on the parking garage for over a month. It means parking garage is not cleaned well. And the garage door was not fixed for a long time. It’s not fair to charge your renters for the same price. Since it is an unsafe garage!!

It has been a pleasure living at the Triangle apartments. Management and staff are reliable, kind and always have a positive attitude when helping. Amenities are always in good shape and neighbors are kind too.

I love the community. It’s quiet and respectful, everyone helps keep their place clean and for the most part I don’t hear anyone yelling or partying. Everyone has always been friendly

It’s no secret that The Triangle is a beautiful place to live - from beautiful interior to great location… however, what really stands out to be is the staff. Between Chris, Selena and Katelynn - they are truly amazing. They are nice, helpful and always respond and immediately help when I need something. They make my living experience at The Triangle way better :)

Booked an apartment through their website and paid for the application, the next day I get a call from them saying the price changed from 24$$ to 30$$, they claim that the prices change every day and there could be a glitch in the system. (This after applying for the lease and paying holding deposit). Technically this makes no sense. Very unprofessional! And definitely not a good customer experience.

The move in was easy, good communication so far and the apartment is awesome. The fridge is much bigger than the one we had at Station House. The balcony is very nice too.

Had a great apartment with A/C included which really helped during the hot summer. Chris and Zachary were great managers. Close to everything in town. You will not regret checking it out.
