I love it. Every one is so friendly and knowledgeable . It was an easy move from mine old place. To this unit . There’s always someone to help

So far loving it!! The apartments are beautiful & big, the amenities (especially the gym) are amazing. The package system is great & so are the concierges.

I’ve been here for 3 years, and my experience has been a good one. Concierge is top notch, and maintenance as well have been very consistent. I just wish the building host more events. Building community is key.

I would love to say that The Tides staff went above & beyond to show me the property. They were patient, very informative, approachable, professional, just upstanding customer service. Anthony, the first person you meet, very welcoming, friendly & attentive. Akoyi, detailed and informative when it came to helping me narrow down my options. My daughter & I, left the property feeling like we could live there!

I just renewed my lease and can't believe how quickly the year went by. I am still loving living here even more! I love the location and the staff. It is a beautiful building and the most fun community I have ever lived in. The resident events are awesome and management is the best!

Front desk & Cleaning Crew are very friendly! When I automatically call Regarding urgent situation, they quickly handle it! Hoping this year brings peace

The leasing personnel have been quite accommodating and supportive. I would strongly recommend leasing at the Tides. There is always room for improvement, and they are consistently demonstrating methods to enhance the resident experience.

I have been living here for 9 months and I could not be happier. Emma is great, the office staff is attentive. and the head concierge is knowledgeable as well as friendly and engaging. Maintenance is responsive and takes pride in completing a work order. I love the area and feel so grateful to be living here at The Tides!

I am not happy about this and I haven't even moved in yet. Why are they saying it is a waiting list, if you built a building and know how many apartments you have there should be a space for each apartment, At least one space. and it should be included in the price and not have a pool.

Akiyo in the leasing center is amazing … She’s welcoming, very understanding and has answers to all of your questions. I love my new apartments..

I absolutely LOVE my apartment. However, it is truly inconvenient and a safety issue that I don't have parking in my building. I have to walk at least a block and a half to get home. ??

It has been one year since I moved into The Tides and I still love the atmosphere that our community offers! I am so proud to call this place my home.

Fine place to live in. I would recommend others to live. Disappointed we can't use the pool. They didn't mention that the pool is not part of the building

Living here is great. The management across the board is consistently helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend living here to a friend.

I absolutely love my apartment, beautiful views and so spacious. This building is like no other. The maintenance team, cleaning staff, concierge are outstanding. Everything is clean, modern, (even the lobby smells so good - something I noticed while touring apartments) & just the attention to detail. On the pricier side, but so worth it. If you can afford it, you’d be making a mistake to choose anything else. Seriously. Also, so many cute dogs live here, and generally all residents are pretty friendly & courteous. 10/10 would recommend!

The front desk is fantastic and will go above and beyond but the management isn’t very great. We had an issue with our apartment and the management team refused to rectify the issue for us. The management of the building isn’t very helpful when you have an issue or need help resolving problems.

Best apartment complex in DC hands down. Close proximity to the best restaurants, bars, and events. All within walking distance. Look no further!!!!

I’ve been at The Tides for almost three days, having just moved in yesterday, and the experience has been great so far. The property management staff has been excellent, communicating well and being extra friendly during the tour. The property manager went above and beyond, discussing ways to personalize my apartment and being open about both the positives and a few challenges, including a resolved issue with loud music. My kids love their new home, making the experience awesome so far.

Move in was pretty easy, and I appreciate the concierge and maintenance staff. Great views, apartment, and amenities. I do wish the phone line to calling the leasing office was more accessible.

The leasing staff and the maintenance staff has been great, after doing my initial tour i knew this was where i wanted to live and call my home.

The concierge was very helpful in preparing for move in and on moving in day. They welcomed me and my family with open arms. I’ll be remiss not to mention maintenance for support with internet questions.

The move in process was very simple and fast. The leasing agent Ms Akiyo was very helpful though the process. A wonderful and great experience. Thank you

Very nice complex overall! Need to work on communication (cold water, people entering your home with NO NOTICE, cigarettes smells, dogs barking through the night sometimes into the morning, THIN WALLS) be mindful of these things when you’re looking to move in!

Good place to live! Location is good, near the freeway. I recommend moving here if you wNt to be close to the water. Only thing is there will be a lot of tourists around .

Overall love the apartment space and amenities. Location is beautiful and the water view is so pretty! Great appliances and apartment style.

amazing helpful staff, however the building finishes feel cheap...especially for the rent. The materials feel poorly made, there are little issues all around the apartment, the surfaces are scuffed in all the common areas :/

Great management staff & concierge! Neighbors are very friendly. The neighborhood is great for everyday activities when you need to get some fresh air. The views of the planes taking off and the sunsets are the best to watch!

I came site unseen and the apartment looks amazing, the building is more beautiful than the pictures and the staff is the best! I am so happy to be here!

We love the view. Concierge is always super helpful. Moving in was the easiest I’ve ever experience. Now that I’ve been here for a few days, the coffee service has been clutch

Things are great at the tides! The staff make the experience that much better. The building is well kept and no complaints on that. It is well positioned and a great place to live.

My experience has been beyond belief. My community is close knitted and very kind. I think I will renew my lease another year. I don’t think there’s any other place I would rather be in DC.

I absolutely love living at The Tides at The Wharf! There are so many reasons why this is the perfect place for a girl like me. First of all, the staff here are amazing - they always greet me with a smile and even have scratches waiting for me at the front desk. The building itself is also top-notch, I have a terrace to sunbathe on with plenty of grassy areas near by for me to play and explore. Plus, there are lots of other friendly dogs living here, so I always have someone to sniff when I am coming in and out for my walks. All in all, living at "The Tides" is like a dream come true for a four-legged friend like me. XOXO, Bebe

Really love the apartments. Amenities are great. Front desk personnel are really friendly! Love the design and layout of of the apartments. The windows are beautiful.

I love it here. One word: Beautiful view. I bought fresh fish from the port over the weekend. The fish was delicious. I love the fact that I live minutes away from the fish port.

Concierge are on top of the game , building always look nice , my unit is awesome the warf experience is coming together and I love the community

Love our little slice of paradise here at The Tides! Staff is friendly and helpful and neighbors are lovely. Concierge staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful. Really enjoying it so far.

It smells like pot ALL the time, even my apartment from the neighbor. The elevator is the worse! the staff know nothing about rental availability and don’t communicate with each other or even potential/ current residents. My efforts to move in were replete with misinformation, multiple follow up calls BY me, and difficulties at every point. No one should should move here! And my cabinets are still broken.

Staff at Tides are super responsive, friendly and resourceful. I really appreciate knowing that they know who I am and are watching out for the community at Tides.

The Tides is a wonderful property to live. There is always help when I need assistance. The building is always clean and the neighborhood safe.

So far my experience has been excellent. John from the office has been fantastic in helping me through the process from application to move in!

I am a native Washingtonian and have been completely awestruck by the transformation of the Wharf surroundings. This apartment community by far has a beautiful aura and it is steps to the waterfront!! Just think Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants are only a few footsteps away.

The concierge so friendly, I enjoy living here, and the view of the water that I have. The only thing I wish would be no carpet in the bedrooms and no ventilation dryer, it takes too long to dry my clothes and they get really hot, other than that everything’s great

Apartment looks nice on the outside however there are many shortcomings. Management is not super welcoming. Please smoke throughout the building and the smell comes through the apartment. Dog poop and trash can sometimes be found throughout the hallways. I don’t plan on leasing again

I am loving my waterfront view! So much sunlight to brighten my day. I can’t wait to make this place a permanent home. Special thank you to my concierge Tasha for making my move-in smooth

The brand new, quiet building offers a friendly experience in the heart of lively neighborhood. Our building staff is very attentive and invested in making our stay a great one.

So far I have no problems ????? any time I need things fix it get done the same day or next day love that for the building ???? nice events for the residents so cute … not sure if how many kids are in the building but it would be nice to have lil fun workshop for small kids -big kids of the building ?

I moved into the Tides apartments last December and have loved it. Being on the Wharf is so nice as well. The Southwest Waterfront neighborhood is great for families with young children, lots of activities to do. The building is great at connecting it residents and hosting events for residents.

Excellent Property and neighborhood! Move-in was a snap due to the helpful staff. Kudos to the excellent Bozzuto management team! Thanks for making my 1st week memorable and stress-free!!

I love everything about this community! The staff & my neighbors are really nice. A really subtle environmental , very peaceful. The beautiful view of the pool and the Hells Kitchen. The pets of the month would be my favorite highlight of it all.
