The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Station Apartments
Very noisy due to the railway behind the apartment. The room literally vibrates whenever a train is passing by. The afternoon traffic is also awful due to nearby schools.
The apartnemt has a call box to be able to get in. Great if it work. However i got locked out at 3am trying to walk my dog. Call box didnt work. Maintenance number disconnected and goes to no one. There is no way to reach landlord after hours so im stuck in 38 degree weather for several hours until they decide to open the main office. Thalamier group really needs to get there stuff together.
The complex is gorgeous, apartments are a wonderful size. Gym is amazing and the pool is as beautiful as it looks in photos. It’s quiet, there’s valet trash, and plenty of parking. Miranda is always available to answer questions. There’s tons of activities and things planned, they know our names, and the rent is definitely fair for how wonderful these are. Close to 95, 288, grocery stores, and Village Green is right next door. After coming from a different complex in the city, we are so incredibly grateful to have moved here. I know “if it sounds too good to be true it is”, but in this case, we just haven’t had any complaints.

I was a potential resident for this community. I had a tour in early July and was very excited. Firstly, I had difficulty finding the model apartment (they are still under construction). There were no signs or balloons, only two white, easily missable, barricades that were suppose to signify the model. I drove right past it. The tour was very informal and I didn’t get to sit down with the leasing manager or go over the pricing, application, fees etc. We simply stood in the finished model and the whole process was very rushed and unprofessional. I was emailed all the information later that day. Miranda, the leasing manager, also told me conflicting information about where my apartment would be, what floor it would be on. Then it ended up that I had limited options for the floor plan I wanted, the A2. There was only one left, not in the building or on the floor that I was originally told. Even though, on their website, there were other A2’s available by my move-in date. Miranda told me that this was an error and really those apartments wouldn’t be available until November. On July 6th, I went ahead and applied anyway because the apartments do look lovely and I ended up spending $250 on application/administrative fees. Then they launched a “Summer Special” a few days after I applied for $500 off your first month’s rent. The special states must apply by 7/27/22 on their website. They would not honor it for me even though I applied in the summer. As a new community, they should be trying to work with their clients, which they clearly did not do. Again, I was very excited to move in but decided against it due to their lack of professionalism.

I hope these apartments are affordable for millennials that desire their independence. Most apartments in the areas from Richmond to Chesterfield are over priced.
