This single-story clubhouse is designed to offer residents a comfortable and functional communal gathering space. The interior is characterized by warm cream-colored walls accented by bold blue feature walls, creating a visually engaging environment throughout. Blue-toned checkerboard-patterned carpet tiles unify the space while adding a modern design element underfoot. The lounge area serves as the social hub of the clubhouse, furnished with a generously sized sectional sofa in neutral gray, complemented by blue accent pillows and a striking mixed-media wall sculpture featuring wood and red accents. Additional seating includes ribbed barrel chairs and round wood-topped side tables, creating a relaxed yet contemporary atmosphere. An oversized arc floor lamp provides ambient lighting alongside natural light from windows. A dedicated dining nook features a round dark wood table surrounded by upholstered chairs, positioned directly beside a large floor-to-ceiling window that frames outdoor greenery and landscaping, flooding the area with natural light.
