Rent is so expensive, but the maintenance is timely. They do random events that they advertise sometimes the marketing team is better and other times it seems so last minute for such a big expense on their part. I'd rather have cheaper rent and fewer events like these than many more of these events and this price of rent. Management is nice and they keep things clean. Don't like how Washer and Dryer are quite expensive.

Very comfortable rooms. Available facility’s including a pool and a workout room! Easy access to mail and facilities. Faculty is friendly and available when necessary.

The complex is very nice, clean, and renovated. The apartment is perfect for the price range and the neighbors are respectful and quiet. The only problem is the bike racks are not very secure. If you have an electric scooter, keep it in your apartment or else it will get stolen.

Good place. Enjoy the lounge room upstairs and the friendliness of staff. Did have an emergency maintenance problem which took until 4am to resolve. That was not fun

Great place to live! They have a small gym that’s why more convenient to work out in than buying a membership to a big gym or going to the school gym.

Besides some minor things at move-in time everything has been good. I wish that there had been better communication about fees and when they were due. We were told we could pay at the time of arrival and then when we arrived to pay there was a fee (that was not mentioned) and we were told there was patio furniture, and my apartment had no patio furniture. I ended up getting a table because someone else didn't want theirs.

Amazing staff and right next to CSU campus. Easy to walk to campus. Pretty easy finding parking. If you can't park in front of the building, you can park at the church Monday-Saturday. Just remember to take your car out by Sunday late morning. Other than no AC in the bedrooms and small dining room, the two bedroom apartment is pretty good. Great first college apartment.

It's a pricey apartment space for what you get. The leasing office says you can text them with questions but they never respond back to you. Paying for parking here costs more than paying for parking at CSU. . .

Overall my experience here has been great. I have enjoyed my time here, and am only leaving due to finding a cheaper place. You cannot hear your neighbors through the walls, which has been really nice. The hallways usually have a foul odor to them, however, it does not cross into your room. Parking is a pain on Sundays, as you are not allowed to be parked at the church.

Great leasing office staff, big fan of Jonah! Not a fan of the parking situation though, I understand it comes with the territory of being so close to campus, I just don't like that we have to fear getting towed for parking in the church on Sundays when we pay $85 per month per car.

I've been happy with my living experience here. If there are issues, they get addressed quickly, and the front office staff are very caring and attentive. My kitchen is very old and could use updated appliances as well as cupboards and that would make this apartment even better. The appliances look to be more than 20 years old lol. Besides that, there's really nothing to complain about at all. It's a great community, there's never problems with noise, the building is generally secure, the inside and outside are maintained and clean, no bugs or pests to my knowledge, so all around pretty great place to live.

I’ve liked living here so far. The laundry room in the building is close to us which makes up for the trash being so far. I wish the 1 bedroom came with a microwave because we bought one but there’s very limited space in the kitchen. I like the mail service, my only concern is when packages don’t fit in the mailbox / if all the mailboxes are taken, they drop the package outside the door to the leasing office but there’s nothing stopping someone from stealing it. No theft incidents yet, but it does worry me if there’s no camera. It’s pretty quiet for the most part.

Apartment complex isn’t bad. The employees do not fix issues in a timely fashion and they will tell you things that aren’t true just to get more money from you. I like the area and my apartment isn’t bad. My main issue is the workers and ownership. They just want your money. Try living somewhere else before here.

So far, so good. They paired me up with a roommate that honestly, couldn't be better. I'm very happy about that. We both equally appreciate the same level of cleanliness and organization. I haven't had any problems with noise from neighbors either, which is great for me because I'm WFH.

Awesome atmosphere and great neighborhood; close to CSU and public transportation. Staff is accommodating to all residential needs and possess a hospitable demeanor.
I'll start with the billing system. Their online resident portal incorrectly showed a balance due of $0 on the first day rent was due. This was misleading and when the system finally showed rent was due, there was a $100 dollar late fee. Next the parking. Social at Stadium walk charges for a parking pass, one would assume this guarantees you a parking spot however this is not the case. They actually rent about half of their spaces from the church across the street and you cannot park in these spots on Sunday. The street parking is always full so if you can't find a spot in the main lot on Saturday then you are out of luck.

Pros: Serene, yet fun pool area! Free internet, cable and parking. Management who cares about residents and reliable maintenance. The best rate for a 1 bedroom I found. Laundry on site. Security cameras. Cons: Not enough parking, but they added ten or so spots just recently, so it has been easier since. Location (this could be a pro for some) is a little too close to CSU, if you are not a student.
