I have really enjoyed living here and would recommend to a friend. I’ve lived here for 4 years and have been consistently impressed with the amenities.

Love the Smith! The staff is great and the amenities are amazing. We moved after a year but would not trade the experience for anything. Lots of fun events too!

Lovely community with amazing amenities such as pool, study spaces, gym, lounge areas! Best part is all of these have a beautiful view of Boston. Very safe and clean building.

Everything has been smooth, and I am looking forward to moving in. The leasing office is very helpful, and I was able to finalize the process and sign the lease within days!

Price is too high for apartment sizes, but overall experience is great. Electricity bill is also too high for square footage which should be investigated

I recently moved to The Smith and it has been a great upgrade for me and my family. The environment is well-kept and quiet. It offers many amenities and is very inspiring.

Amazing. It is great being able to live in the smith. I love it because it is very calm compared to my last building. I get to walk around in peace and go on with my routine without interruptions.

Lilah and the entire Smith team have been extremely kind, transparent and communicative throughout the entire leasing process. We do not move in for a few weeks but feel empowered that we will be prepared and have everything set up once we move in.

I have had a great experience so far at The Smith. Staff have been very friendly and accommodating. There were a few hiccups when I first moved in, but they were able to help me resolve them. They even offered me a center island (my floor plan did not come with one) because there were some extras available! The amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are great and the building is beautiful. I also enjoy that they offer complementary weekly yoga and HIIT classes and put on frequent community events- it provides opportunities to meet fellow residents and foster a sense of community.

I had a great experience with The Smith leasing office. From the beginning, the team was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They made the entire leasing process simple and stress-free, answering all my questions quickly and guiding me through every step. I really appreciated their patience and professionalism, especially when I needed assistance with paperwork and moving logistics. The staff genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how they handled everything and would definitely recommend The Smith to anyone looking for a new place to live.

The Smith offers all the conveniences of a smart home, making it an ideal choice for anyone new to Boston. The management is friendly and responsive. Their maintenance team addresses issues promptly, and the apartments and surroundings are clean, well-maintained, and safe.

The cleanliness of the complex has definitely fallen in standard which was one of the main reasons I chose this property. I am on the second floor and the floors are never vacuumed and rarely see maintenance staff on our floor. I have sent a note to the office and they said it would be steam cleaned next week. However, for the luxury of the complex there should be more consistent cleaning of the carpet (vacuum). I would love to see the patio furniture in the outside area cleaned as well. These are simple details that I have seen much better at my Greystar in Denver.

A classy oasis in cosmopolitan South End with a warm community. We love being here. The leasing, concierge and maintenance teams always provide top notch service with a smile. You could not ask for more. A huge thumbs up from us!

I have loved living here in the south end! The Smith is always clean in common spaces and cared for. The other residents are also very friendly!

Have enjoyed the resident experience and weekly apartment events that are held. Love getting the community together more and more especially after Covid lockdown.

The Smith is a beautiful building with very good amenities and staff. We're very pleased with the soundproofing between walls as well which is a rarity in Boston.

We have just moved in- but so far the front desk situation at the 99 building has not been great. They’re gone a lot of the time from the two days we’ve been here- which makes it tough for our regular dog walkers. I also think there has to be a leasing office for the 99 building as well separately for everything to be done successfully. Things seem to take longer for answering questions/ getting things done with only one leading office and a lack of help from the concierge in the 99 building. It would’ve also been helpful to know we needed an extra key fob if we have regular dog walkers before we moved in. I think it’s a great building but lacks good management- which honestly makes or breaks a residents experience.

Big fan of the Smith. Would recommend to any friend or family looking to live in the South End. The amenities are great. Shared spaces are always clean.

Love our apartment! Wish we had a real pool is my one complaint. Wish the grills worked a lottle better as well they seem to be broken a lot

We just moved in and have really enjoyed our experience so far! The community is great, staff are very helpful, and the amenities are a huge plus.

PROS...they are very good about having community events that they pay for. The free lobby coffee, latte, capo...machine is great. The fitness room has enough machines. The staff is good with packages. The cleaners are good. The elevators in #99 work well. It's quiet. Classy and not trashy residents. Amenity areas are nice and well maintained. The bldg's engineering staff is responsive. CONS...we wish the BBQ grills worked and or work correctly. We wish all the fire pits worked and or worked consistently. We wish the fitness room had more 5 to 35 lb dumbells, mats, ankle weights, large fitness balls and other accessories. We wish the fitness room's Echlon work-out class screen worked. There's too many dogs.

We have been living at the Smith for more than a year. We love the maintenance, amenities and the staff and people is always very nice! Furthermore, we enjoy the monthly events that the Smith host for all residents.

The Smith is a great place to live and has a strong community. Lots of activities and public space along with great amenities.

Even since first moving in the staff has been amazing to me. The amenities are so worth it, beautiful and useful gym along with a fun pool deck area.

The concierge, maintenance and front office are really amazing. Great location and if you like dogs then this is the place. I have to move every 2-3 years to different cities and this place has been the best one in the past 15 years.

My partner and I love living here! The staff is amazing & attentive-they are quick to respond, are overwhelmingly kind, and have been nothing short of a great experience. The grounds are well-maintained & clean and the apartment has held up over the last year without any significant issues. The only downside is that we are located on the very outskirts of the south end and there are no T stations close by, but the bus stops are so close & the walk into the busier parts of the city is gorgeous. We just renewed our lease for another 13 months.

From day one the entire staff was kind and welcoming and extremely friendly. I am newish to Boston but the other building I lived in was no where near as friendly and welcoming. The Smith is exceptionally clean as well.

Love everything about the Smith! From my beautiful apartment to the facilities (gym, outdoor deck) I can't wait for summer and to get into the pool! It has been a wonderful place to live.

After six months of living at The Smith, I’m finally settled in and really proud to call it my home! Honestly, it’s been such a great experience so far. Life here is just way easier. It’s super convenient having a gym, coworking spaces, and a free coffee machine just steps from my apartment. I can get so much done without even leaving the building! The amenities are awesome, and there’s a real sense of community here. Whether I’m having a chill night or a productive day at the coworking space, I always feel comfortable and relaxed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live, and I’m excited to stick around!

Excellent service great staff reliable maintenance and well as superior communication skills very attentive and professional , the neighbors are very friendly and polite and the furry friends are the lifeblood of the community

The apartment space is very nice, the maintenance and concierge team are also very nice and attentive. The community spaces are well kept and are very enjoyable.

I would recommend this community to others moving to Boston. I was welcomed and my move in was easy. I would stay if I wasn't accepted to a school in another state.

Great experience overall. It is always clean and comfortable and calm. The elevators have been broken a few times but it has not been a big deal. The locations is very convenient for us. We would love a ping pong table.

The move in process is super easy and the staff is welcoming and friendly. They make setting up utilities/ wifii / tv really easy by using their app to make your selections. The building is beautiful with great amenities!
