Apartment is lovey and roomy . I realy like the layout. All the applicences are great . Realy enjoying it so far. I like the sliding back door alot of air to get in. Plus all the natural light from all the windows is great during the day time.

The management team makes a great effort involve the community in various events throughout the year on a monthly basis. The moral of the community is very good. New tenants are given a lot of opportunity to join The Shipyard Community through various events. The building maintenance is very good. Building security is excellent which is greatly appreciated. We have lived at The Shipyard since is was opened in 2018. Very happy with our decision to move here.

I absolutely love living in this building! From the moment I moved in, Cathy and Kace, the fantastic staff, have been incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team is just as amazing, quickly taking care of any issues that come up. The apartments are super comfortable and stylish, making it easy to feel right at home. The amenities (gym, rooftop, courtyard with grills) here are fantastic and really make life more convenient and enjoyable. And the views – wow! Overlooking the harbor, Port Jeff, and Bell Tier, they're simply stunning. The location couldn't be better. It's in a walkable neighborhood with a playground right next door, which is great for families. Plus, there are so many great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live. It truly offers an unbeatable living experience!

Great amenities, best staff, everyone Ive encountered has been nice and helpful. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Soundproofing of the ceilings and floors is a nightmare. Parking for tenants is great. No parking for guests.
