Green spaces and recreation areas are all over Eagan, and the southern border of the city is formed by Lebanon Hills Regional Park, which incorporates the Minnesota Zoo and Valleywood Golf Course. Eagan is home to Rasmussen College and Argosy University, with a branch campus of the University of Minnesota just south of town as well.

Great Apartment Complex I have been a resident going on two years now, and it is the first apartment complex I've lived at. Throughout that time, The Rowan has been a fantastic place to live. The residents are friendly, the staff are immensely courteous and always willing to help, and the accommodations are top notch. The few times an issue of any type has come up, the staff have been on top of seeking a fair resolution. The Maintenance crew are also very kind and quick to fix anything that comes up. But honestly, everything provided in the units have held up so well that I've not had to utilize them much. The in-built washer and dryer, the kitchen appliances, thermostat, and even the provided Xfinity internet hardware have all held up and worked during my time here. When I was looking for an apartment two years ago, The Rowan was one of the only ones to accept my financial situation of utilizing a Guarantor and was willing to work with me. So, overall, I am very pleased with The Rowan and my time here.
