Just moved in recently, we love the mountain views from our patio, very peaceful, the updates are beautiful, amenities are great. Very friendly leasing office staff, maintenance and neighbors. The complex is kept up beautifully and landscaping also. I feel very safe walking by myself or with my dog around the complex.

This has been a great place to live. For one reason is that it is close to my job. It has a lot great restaurants in the surrounding area. Also it has grocery stores that are convenient and close.

The staff have been very friendly and helpful the entire time we have been here. The Ridge property is kept clean and tidy at all times - regular lawn care, mulch, flowers, etc. and the pool and communal grill are clean and easily accessible. Other residents are very friendly and we always see people out walking their four-legged friends.

This is an over all experience I love living here and residence that I have meet are nice. The ground staff is very friendly and works hard at keeping grounds nice . Maintenance staff are helpful and are good at responding to any issues you may have. The office people are not as friendly but do try to help you ,it is like they are stressed .

I moved here about 3 months ago, and I can 100% say that I have absolutely enjoyed everything about this complex. From maintenance to the staff at the office everyone has gone above and beyond for me. I would HIGHLY recommend living here, the only downside is honestly the parking and living near Cantrell (morning and afternoon traffic is a nightmare). I truly feel safe and everyone at this complex is great, for example I don't have to worry about anyone taking my packages that are delivered to my doorstep because everyone around me (at least at my complex) is great. If you are looking for a place to live, I would 100% choose to at least put this apartment complex in your top 5 to tour.

I just moved in earlier this month and I love it so far. The property is just stunning, and the views are next to none! The office staff is very nice and helpful. I had one maintenance issue since I moved in but it was taken care of the same day. Love that the gym opens at 4am since I go to work at 6am, and the yummy coffee selections in the office that is always available. I highly recommend anyone to live here!

The apartments are comfortable and there is plenty of options to find the right layout for you. The reason for the 4 stars is the dog park between building 1 and 2, the area behind the mailboxes, and the area in the front of building 1 are always flooded. You can not walk your dog through any of those places, and can not play with the dog in the dog park with you or your dog getting muddy.

My wife and I have been really please so far when first visited in early June we fell in love with how clean the landscape was not knowing what to expect from the staff and showing of the apartment I must say we have been pleased so far with the authenticity of the staff and extremely happy with the apartment we’ve been moved in since this past Saturday and definitely love it here thus far!!!????

People are nice in this community and management is pretty responsive over the course of the three years I’ve lived here. The gym equipment could improve, but it’s ok.

Location, location, location!! Also, our pool and amenities are generally the best in the city! However, this past summer, the pool has been unexpectedly closed for repairs more often than I remember in years past. The hot tub seems to only be working half the time as well. It’s also time for some updating inside the units. For luxury living and the amount of rent we pay, nicer fridges would be ideal, and updated lighting and cabinetry as well. Many of the units do have updated flooring that looks quite nice. However, my particular unit has very dated carpet throughout. Not a very clean look or feel. Our neighbors are simply the best, and overall I’m very pleased with our community!!

Quiet community with great floor plans. Management is responsive and property is maintained well. Pet parks and pet bath. Great community i have been here 4 years.

Overall have had a good experience some very minor problems but nothing maintenance can’t fix. Staff is super friendly. Prices are a little questionable but overall is worth the living for. Would recommend to add more dumpsters around the complex to make throwing trash a lot easier.

I really like it here. Everyone is super friendly and maintenance if fast when it comes to an issue in the apartments. They always keep everything clean and my dog absolutely loves his walkies up and down the hills.

Resident experience is great! We love living here. This is probably the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. If I had to say anything negative, I’d be hard pressed to, but even then they would be very specific things and not really “negative” things. I wish the gym equipment could be repaired more often, it’s pretty frequent a piece of equipment seems broken or missing. And I wish the residents would pick up after their dogs in the park more often, but that is in no way a fault of the apartment management. All in all, we love living here. It’s so nice.

Like the family environment. Would like the apartment restored to the luster and luxury aesthetic of the past. Landscaping is improving but building need restoration and not look dated.

This campus is beautiful! I have a fantastic view of my balcony. The campus is quiet and peaceful. I love the coffee/tea machine and fitness center. I find myself unwinding in the pool area. I also appreciate the excellent maintenance staff we have.
