A major suburb of Austin, Cedar Park gets you right into the area without having to live in the big city. If you like peace and quiet but don't want to live all the way out in the woods, then Cedar Park is the place to be. It's nice living so close to one of the biggest music cities in America, but you don't even need to leave Cedar Park to take in a great concert. If you want entertainment, check out the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. The center plays host to everything from monster truck shows to country and hip hop concerts. Cedar Park is only about 16 miles from Downtown Austin, making this an ideal location for commuters. Cedar Park is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Cedar Park's claim to fame (besides the H-E-B Center) is the Heritage Oak Tree, a 400-year-old live oak that stands 57 feet tall and is 80 feet around. This massive tree is decorated during the holiday season with over 30,000 lights.

We love living here we feel it clean pleasant and management is always attentive. Our apartment is in an area near courtyard where we see people however it is quiet!! We love the convenience of living in the area also.
Love it here. If hall and stairwell floors going to garage were clean I would give 5 stars. Leasing agents are patient kind and professional. Love the community events.
The swimming pool has been closed for 2 weeks now. The management needs to do a better job at keeping the amenities up and running. Still the property is peaceful and well maintained.
I enjoy living at Quest. The location cannot be beat. The apartment has what I need, and the neighbors are quiet. That is never a guarantee. The office keeps residents informed about community issues or problems. I like the small size of the community here. The fact that there is a market on site is a plus. The gentleman who runs the market is always friendly and helpful.

The complex is quiet, overall clean, items are repaired quickly, pool and hot are great when working properly, gym facility equipment is awesome, but AC in gym rarely operational.

I have been here for about 5 months, and I have no real complaints. I have quiet neighbors, and the hallways are kept clean. I love having an elevator and a parking garage. The office staff is friendly and responsive. They sponsor several fun community events. I like the smaller size of the complex. Overall, I am having a positive experience here.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The unit itself is well-maintained, modern, and comfortable — exactly what I was looking for. Appliances work well, water pressure is strong, and the AC/heating is reliable (which is a must depending on the season).

Honestly it’s 3 1/2 to 4 stars depending on neighbors. Pros: Staff and maintenance are helpful. Apartment is nice. Location and rental costs are good. Amenities are nice. Cons: Noise carries very easily, because of the building design. Some residents are thoughtless about keeping noise levels down after dark. Some residents don’t follow City guidelines for trash and recycling. The “Convenience Fee“ for automating rent payments/paying online is $37.00 each month.

The management communicates clearly and promptly about any changes, maintenance, or events. This makes you feel informed and respected as a resident. Living here has been very convenient thanks to the excellent location. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and several public transport stops just a few minutes’ walk away, which makes daily life much easier without needing a car.

High rent and fees don't match the poor conditions here. The gym's AC is long broken. Stairwells are hazardously left with debris/nails post-repair. Shattered glass near Quest Mart endangers pets. Trash/recycling overflows. Entry doors are broken, and nighttime security is absent. These safety and maintenance failures are unacceptable. Management must act now for the residents’ well-being.

We’re actively working with our vendor to repair the gym’s AC and have placed a large fan to help in the meantime. Recent storm damage affected some entry doors, but those repairs are now complete and all access doors are functioning. Our service team walks the community daily to address any debris or broken glass, and we’re also reviewing trash and recycling pickup to help prevent overflow. Some amenities are broken (hot tub, AC in gym, lock on mailroom) I've been here for less than 2 weeks and already have gotten packages stolen

Everything is good. Easy access to Costco, HEB. Good amenities and good staff. Easily approachable. Great place to play and hangout. Great swimming pool area.

This is my favorite place to be. I love living here. All of the staff here goes above and beyond for the residents. It’s such a safe and quiet environment to live in. All the grounds are well maintained all year round. I work a lot so coming home is the best part of my day. I absolutely love Quest. Only thing I wish is for a bathtub lol. Thanks to all the staff for making Quest what it is, safe and peaceful.

Great community and amenities, location is very convenient. The management team is great and responsive, they try to make 3 to 4 community events monthly. The maintenance staff is responsive and keep the common areas nice and clean. My only complain is the fire alarm is very sensible and triggers often.

There are concerns about security in the parking garage. Some residents drive recklessly inside the space, and visibility is limited when making turns. I often see kids skateboarding inside the building. There are no security cameras, and the reflective mirrors are too small to see oncoming vehicles. The automatic gates often confuse residents—sometimes they remain open all day, while other times they do not function properly for pass access. In addition, the leasing staff occasionally provide incorrect information.

Friendly staff and neighbors and a very safe location with the conveniences around the city. The only issue I have is the dog poops around building from lazy owners.

Living at Quest Apartments is like no other apartment. The location, the types of apartments and best staff who care about their residents cannot be found anywhere else. I have lived in other apartments and none were as good as Quest Apartments.

The cons out weigh the pros here at Quest. Everything keeps breaking down here. The gates to garage, hot tub, fob key locks, dog wash, laundry room, floor leveling issues…we’ve only been here for three years and I can not tell you the amount of times all of these things have broken down. Also It’s only a five year old apartment complex built in 2020. Oh and let’s not forget. Probably 5-8 times a year the fire alarms go off in the hallways and every apartment has an alarm inside their home connected to the hallway alarms. Extremely loud. And stresses our animals. People who have lived here longer then a year don’t even go out of their homes when the fire alarms go off. We all know what happened. They are very quick to blame residents about it But this place has very high turnover. No one knows to not open the front door of apartment to air out the place. Only reason why we have stayed here for so long is because of the price and location.

This is my first apartment ever. I was very nervous about making the jump to living by myself. Quest has wonderful staff, awesome amenities, it's a great location surrounded by everything you need or want. Quest made me feel comfortable and ready to move in. Definitely recommend

Very quiet living here. My apartment is set up quite well. The staff is friendly and attentive. My one complaint would be ... The halls need some attention. The floor is dirty and looks terrible. Maybe a paint job or some carpeting would look better.

Magnificent new apartments in a good location. There are many parks and all kinds of shops nearby. Nice staff. There is a swimming pool and a gym. Dog friendly community.

Magnificent apartments!!! Friendly staff. Ideal location for the apartment. There are many shops nearby, and a good park with a children's playground is within walking distance. Good schools.
