Since the original development, The Queensborough has been proudly owned by the Stringfellow Family, with the family Crest and mural on the Scottish countryside to pay homage to the legacy they have provided. Situated on Queen Anne's South Slope, the recurring slogan has been "What everyone talks about is what we overlook...it is spectacular!" With impressive views of Downtown Seattle, Puget Sound, Mt. Rainer, the Cascades and Olympic mountains, Seattle Center featuring the Space Needle. Each evening offers breathtaking sunsets from our gorgeous 10,000 square foot roof top or select homes. Within easy walking distance of the Seattle Center and Space Needle, theaters, concerts, sports, SIFF Film Center and festivals-entertainment and dining is just moments away. The Queensborough units are spacious floorpans that maintain the classic design of this iconic property. We have multiple layouts available that range in size, finishing, floor, view and price.
