I have enjoyed the last 16 months here. I will say that I have noticed the team is certainly more professional, new events show caring about all the ages here, and since the sale THE PRESERVE AT GATEWAY seems to be stepping up their game. Nice to see that the Front Office is trying hard and has a pulse.

I have only lived here a short time but I'm enjoyed it. It's clean, lots of activities, great floorplans and reasonable price rates for senior citizens. I would recommend this beautiful place to call your home.
The Preserve at Gateway is so nice and planed community has everything you need the staff is excellent. An is kept so nice and clean all the time.
It is a great experience to live at the Preserve at Gateway. It is an excellent way to connect with community and visitors are welcome to come to celebrate events at the apartment complex. This allows others to examine the property during celebration and fellowship. This may encourage them to choose to live at the residence at a time in their life when they may need this type of service.
