Resident portal is easy and efficient to set up monthly payments whether it be bank account or card. Ledger of past payments and other documents are readily available, too. Requests can be easily be presented and processed.
The new management is doing a great job of taking better care of the property and grounds than the previous owners.
Couldn’t have made a better selection for a place to live that meets all my expectations. Staff and neighbors are superb!
The apartment is very comfortable and nice. The property is well maintained and clean. The management is always helpful and friendly. It is in a great, quiet setting.
I have enjoyed the last 16 months here. I will say that I have noticed the team is certainly more professional, new events show caring about all the ages here, and since the sale THE PRESERVE AT GATEWAY seems to be stepping up their game. Nice to see that the Front Office is trying hard and has a pulse.
