The Pines of Palos Verdes Apartments

The Pines of Palos Verdes in Mesquite, Texas is a wonderful place to live. The Management (Debby and Diane) and the Maintenance are always on top of everything in the apartment and in the complex. The grounds always look so nice, anything that needs to be tended to is done in a timely and professional manner and it has been a pleasure to live here for almost 10 years now. I look forward to many more years here at the Pines.

Deb and Diane are a "dynamic duo" in the office. They truly care about each and every resident. The apartments are well maintained and it's a very "homey" atmosphere where everyone takes care of each other if needed. Can't say enough about the living experience at The Pines.

I've been a resident at The Pines for 3 years and love it here. No place is perfect, but for the price point, location, schools and community, it's perfect for us. My son and I really love our townhome and always have a great time at the pool with our neighbors in the summer. The office staff, Debbie and Diane, are so sweet and easy to work with. They know all their residents and truly care for the community here. The maintenance team has always been on top of things as well, usually getting to work orders within the same day. Highly recommend this community!

This apartment complex feels like a warm, small community. It is very close to Dallas, but far enough away to feel like we are out of the big city. The management is super, Diane and Debbie attend to every need and go that extra mile for the safety and comfort of all the tenants. The gardens are kept immaculate. It is so nice driving into the complex after a busy day of work and to know how great it is to come home to the Pines of Palos Verdes!

My son has lived there for 6 months. He's had a great "first living on his own" experience while going to school. The neighborhood is quiet and apartment staff is accommodating and communicative. The pool is well kept and looks great!

I have lived here since 2015and this community is the best until you own your home. The office staff Diane and Debbie are so welcoming and friendly..The maintenance request are responded to promptly..It's very quiet here..I am very happy to call this place home..I recommend anyone who is in search of a place to call home... We have lived here for almost 2 years, and I am so happy we found this quaint complex. Carefully maintained, nicely landscaped, quiet, safe, and convenient location. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and very attentive to their residents. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and all staff have placed such emphasis on attention to detail and communication. I have lived in many apartments and this staff is by far the BEST!! They have recently completed renovations on the outside of the buildings, and I believe they have been updating units as they become available. The residents are friendly, the pool area is beautiful with colorful flowers, clean and never overcrowded. Walking distance to Palos Verdes Lake Park/Mesquite Heritage Trail and close to multiple grocery stores and not too far from Town East Mall.

A great and convenient location to live that is quiet, safe, carefully maintained and nicely landscaped. Communication and attention to detail are emphasized by all of the staff. Maintenance requests as well as resident needs are acted on quickly and follow up is done to make sure that everything has been taken care of properly. The feeling of belonging to a close knit community is strong - staff and residents watch out for each other. Zero reservations about highly recommending living here - truly home sweet home!

Pines of Palos Verdes is a hidden gem! I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I couldn’t be more pleased with this apartment community. Parking is good. Work orders are handled quickly. Grounds are kept landscaped and clean. Pool is never crowded. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. One of my packages was delivered to the wrong apartment, I showed the Apt Mngr the delivery picture and she was able to locate it the same day. How awesome is that??!! My neighbors are quiet and neighborhood is peaceful.

I've been here for over five years and it's a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartments are quiet. Close to schools, shopping, and restaurants. Easy access to I-30 and 635. It feels like home.

The Pines of Palos Verdes has been our home since 2010. I could not be happier here. The office staff are the best. They are so friendly and efficiently take care of the residents here. The grounds keepers are very prompt at taking care of any problems, which are few. I am proud to say The Pines is my home.

We’ve loved living at this complex for the past few months. The area is so quiet and calm. We are close to all stores and major highways. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. Maintenance crew gets things done right away and they take pride in their work. We are very pleased with the area and upkeep. Overall, its a great place to live and we couldnt be happier

The property management team provides "Stellar Awards" customer care/service. This apartment community is centrally located near major freeways, medical facilities, and various shopping retail stores and restaurants to meet your life style needs.

I have lived in this complex for 20+yrs.The office staff and Maintenance are amazing and take care of your every need quickly.Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, mall and highways. I would highly recommend this place for your next apartment home!

This is, hands down, the best complex I have ever lived in, I plan to renew my lease repeatedly.You are in a prime location, within walking distance of shopping and other activities, as well as public transit. The units, are spacious, with crown molding, large bathrooms, a fireplace and plenty of storage. The pool is a work of art. The grounds are very well maintained. However, none of that matters if you don't have the right staff, but this complex does, Diane, is one of the most personable, knowledgeable, and professional management staff that I have ever had the honor and pleasure of meeting. Unfortunately, I have not met Debbie, but I would be willing to bet, she is as great as Diane is. At this point, I can not imagine living anywhere else.

This property is in a nice, quiet area! The office staff - Ms. Debbie and Ms. Diane are extremely friendly and helpful!!! They were flexible with my schedule throughout the application and moving process!!!!! I'm very satisfied!!!

This is a very quite place and everyone is very nice. My mom move there earlier this year and I could not be happier. Where she was living, there was chaos all the time. This has been a nice change. The folks in the office are always very helpful and nice. They truly care about there tenants and check in on them often.

We just signed our second year renewal lease!!! We love our spacious apartment and the office staff is great to work with too. Anything that we needed fixed was done so in a timely manner. The complex grounds are kept clean. The area is quiet, friendly and has walking trails nearby. The complex is family oriented and the pool is spacious! We had to wait 4 months for our apartment and it was worth the wait. We love our apartment layout, the staff and the area! If you are looking for all the things I mentioned above then The Pines of Palos Verdes is for you! :)

I've lived in this complex for a couple years and there's no place like it! First, I lived here in a townhouse that was super spacious and affordable with a roommate. When it was time for me to get my own place, I looked all over the DFW area for an apartment but everything was twice as much with half the space. When I chose to stay, I asked if painting the place a different color was an option since the townhouse I had been in had brown walls and I wanted grey. Instead of just picking out a color and calling it a day, they went above and beyond to make it look beautiful! They chose new vinyl flooring to match the walls, they had the cabinets painted white with new hardware, they resurfaced the counters and fireplace with grey to match, and updated my light fixtures! The office ladies and maintenance guys are so nice, helpful, and quick to fix any problems. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the neighbors are extremely friendly, and it's the cheapest rent with the most space you'll find in DFW. The complex is always clean and manicured, plenty of parking, and no noise issues whatsoever. I love this place and definitely plan on staying for a while!

The Pines is homely to people to live in. It is so quiet place that everyone loves to be to get relaxed after a stressful day of work. The office members and maintenance people are friendly and always come on hand to help when there is a need. The neighbors are also friendly. Altogether, it is a good community that you could find in Mesquite.

I have lived at The Pines of Palos Verdes for 12 years and love the staff here. The Pines has been a wonderful place to raise a family and build into the community. The office staff and residents are kind and neighborly. The floor plan of my town home is well-designed and spacious. The grounds are well kept and have plenty of grassy areas. The pool is lovely and clean. Over the years, my children and I have spent many hours at the nearby elementary school playground and the park a short walk away. The Pines of Palos Verdes is a great place to call home!
