I just finished a tour of The Olivian with Kenadi, and honestly, I’m blown away! From the second I walked in, Kenadi made the whole experience super chill and informative without being overwhelming. She really knew her stuff and made sure I got to see all the features that would vibe with my lifestyle. The Olivian itself? Total dream. The place is seriously stunning — huge windows with killer views, sleek finishes that scream modern luxury, and so much space! Kenadi made sure to show me all the amazing amenities too, like the rooftop lounge (hello, perfect Instagram backdrop) and the gym that’s basically a fitness lover’s paradise. What really set the tour apart, though, was Kenadi herself. She was so down-to-earth and genuinely excited about the place. She answered all my questions, gave me great insight on the neighborhood, and made sure I left with a full picture of what life at The Olivian would be like. If you're in the market for a luxury apartment, seriously, go check out The Olivian and ask for Kenadi. She made the whole experience so easy and fun, and I can totally see myself living there!

After a long search, I stumbled upon The Olivian. The building itself is a little older, but the floorplans are VERY spacious the largest I saw in Seattle. Ultimately ended up renting a large one bedroom with den which is perfect for my work from home setup. Through the entire process the team was friendly and professional.

We lived at The Olivian a few years ago and we have come back. The location is great, the units are large and have great layouts. And something I truly did not appreciate from before is the quality of the windows in the units which block out so much of the outside street noise. Love how quiet the unit is.

So far my experience has been excellent! The leasing staff (particularly Emily who we worked with the most) was lovely, accommodating and answered all our questions, and helped resolved a couple of issues for us. The concierge also went above and beyond helping us do some last-minute moving-in and reserving the loading dock briefly last minute. We love our apartment size and layout and ultimately everything just feels really well thought out. We will see how the experience goes long-term but so far we're really happy!

We moved into the Olivian 3 weeks ago and we love living here so far. The building is in a safe and great location, close to both our offices. The floor plan is great, especially love the big balcony. There are a lot of fun things to do around - Restaurants, clothing stores, gyms and pike place market are all at a walkable distance from the building. The building management is very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

We have lived here for 8 years, the location is great, the apartments are spacious and the team as unit is a good team serving the residents. Yes, we've looked at the new builds but none of them beat The Olivian when it comes to spacious units and great outdoor space. Having outdoor space is a deal breaker for my family, The Olivian wins every time.

Staff is super nice and helpful; any issues we have are addressed promptly! We feel safe at The Olivian during COVID due to precautions the team has taken to help make shared spaces more safe. I have been lived in this wonderful apartment for about 5 months. Everybody who lives in this building is really nice, and the staffs are awesome. Even though there are some noises from near construction, I enjoy living here as the Olivian.

The people/staff are incredible. I don't think I have ever lived anywhere that was as friendly and customer centric as The Olivian. They have some really great people whether it be at the front desk, the leasing staff, or maintenance. They did everything to try to make me feel right at home from day one. The apartments are beautiful and the building is so well maintained. I am so happy with my choice to rent at The Olivian.

The young ladies who answer the phone are very lovely and have been very helpful Also I appreciate the 24 hour concierges and the safety that is provided by keeping strangers out of the elevators

Great concierge staff and service....its like living in a hotel except you have established a relationship with the staff thats more of a community.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 months. The staff are friendly and professional. The apartments have wood floors, granite counter tops and overall nice finishes. We are right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. Any repair requests or issues are taken care of immediately. The building is very secure. We highly recommend The Olivian.
