I love living at The Olivian community. The staff is 5 star. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you 24/7. The roof deck, sky lounge and new lobby remodel are spectacular. Excited for the Club Level to open soon.

The team at the Olivian is friendly and inviting. From Matt helping to guide us through the process to everyone that makes up the team they are all passionate about both their jobs as well as making the Olivian a great place to live.

I just finished a tour of The Olivian with Kenadi, and honestly, I’m blown away! From the second I walked in, Kenadi made the whole experience super chill and informative without being overwhelming. She really knew her stuff and made sure I got to see all the features that would vibe with my lifestyle. The Olivian itself? Total dream. The place is seriously stunning — huge windows with killer views, sleek finishes that scream modern luxury, and so much space! Kenadi made sure to show me all the amazing amenities too, like the rooftop lounge (hello, perfect Instagram backdrop) and the gym that’s basically a fitness lover’s paradise. What really set the tour apart, though, was Kenadi herself. She was so down-to-earth and genuinely excited about the place. She answered all my questions, gave me great insight on the neighborhood, and made sure I left with a full picture of what life at The Olivian would be like. If you're in the market for a luxury apartment, seriously, go check out The Olivian and ask for Kenadi. She made the whole experience so easy and fun, and I can totally see myself living there!

I have resided at The Olivian for over 14 years and have always been impressed by the management and maintenance teams. But we enjoyed a noticeable bump over the past few months with a new management team and so far the results have been exceptional.

We are return residents and love it here. The size of the apartments and the sound proofing is condo-quality, and better than any we have found in the city. We highly recommend the Olivian!

I recently moved in and am really liking everything about my apartment so far. The floorplan i'm in is massive for a downtown apartment and the agent i worked with was totally one of hte best i've seen for touring apartments. Shout out to the concierge who made my move in a breeze and the maintenance team who has been super responsive.

I have lived at The Olivian for a few months and am absolutely loving my apartment. From the moment of touring the property to interacting with the concierge team daily has been a fantastic experience. My pup and I love visiting the convenient rooftop potty patch. The staff here is simply amazing.

After a long search, I stumbled upon The Olivian. The building itself is a little older, but the floorplans are VERY spacious the largest I saw in Seattle. Ultimately ended up renting a large one bedroom with den which is perfect for my work from home setup. Through the entire process the team was friendly and professional.

We lived at The Olivian a few years ago and we have come back. The location is great, the units are large and have great layouts. And something I truly did not appreciate from before is the quality of the windows in the units which block out so much of the outside street noise. Love how quiet the unit is.

The maintenance staff at the Olivian are fantastic! That almost makes up for the reduction of amenities/services with increasing rent prices. Almost.

This is a marvelous place to live. The environment here is so welcoming! Without exception, the staff are professional, caring, sand friendly. They show genuine interest in one's comfort and treat one as a welcome guest rather than as just a tenant.

I am so happy with the new carpeting in the hallway it was long overdue the old one was so ugly now it’s fresh and beautiful

So far my experience has been excellent! The leasing staff (particularly Emily who we worked with the most) was lovely, accommodating and answered all our questions, and helped resolved a couple of issues for us. The concierge also went above and beyond helping us do some last-minute moving-in and reserving the loading dock briefly last minute. We love our apartment size and layout and ultimately everything just feels really well thought out. We will see how the experience goes long-term but so far we're really happy!

Over the 11 years we have lived here the building has been excellently maintained and the amenities have been upgraded as needed. Staff has always been professional and friendly.

We moved into the Olivian 3 weeks ago and we love living here so far. The building is in a safe and great location, close to both our offices. The floor plan is great, especially love the big balcony. There are a lot of fun things to do around - Restaurants, clothing stores, gyms and pike place market are all at a walkable distance from the building. The building management is very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

We have lived at the Olivian for more than 11 years and are very satisfied. The building is very well maintained, staff are professional and many stay for several years, and improvements are constantly in the works. Recommend the Olivian highly.

Best location, best apartments, best place to live in Seattle.

We have lived in the Olivian community for 11 years and throughout those years the staff have all been professional, knowledgeable and the building well maintained.

We have lived here for 8 years, the location is great, the apartments are spacious and the team as unit is a good team serving the residents. Yes, we've looked at the new builds but none of them beat The Olivian when it comes to spacious units and great outdoor space. Having outdoor space is a deal breaker for my family, The Olivian wins every time.

Everyone who works here has been so supportive and kind during my recovery from surgery that limited my mobility. I'm really appreciative of the entire team!

We have lived at the Olivian for more than 10 years now and love the building and especially the staff, many we've known for years! We love the varied demographics and sense of community which the building staff works hard to foster.

In downtown Seattle, with so many new extremely tall buildings, the Olivian provides a very personalized experience for its residents. The staff are all-friendly, helpful and professional. The location is convenient. The apartments & entire building are well maintained. We are enjoying our experience living there.

The Olivian is a great place to live based on location, the building, amenities, and the quality of the apartments. But easily the best part is the staff. From top to bottom they are there for you to make sure you have what you need when you need it, and without fail they get the job done.

Staff is super nice and helpful; any issues we have are addressed promptly! We feel safe at The Olivian during COVID due to precautions the team has taken to help make shared spaces more safe. The location is great as well, and everything from groceries to shopping to food is really no more than a 10 minute walk. Awesome experience!! Would definitely recommend.

I have been lived in this wonderful apartment for about 5 months. Everybody who lives in this building is really nice, and the staffs are awesome. Even though there are some noises from near construction, I enjoy living here as the Olivian.

The people/staff are incredible. I don't think I have ever lived anywhere that was as friendly and customer centric as The Olivian. They have some really great people whether it be at the front desk, the leasing staff, or maintenance. They did everything to try to make me feel right at home from day one. The apartments are beautiful and the building is so well maintained. I am so happy with my choice to rent at The Olivian.

Living in the Olivian has been the best experience out of any community I've ever lived in. The staff are friendly and courteous, and they will go out of their way to help with any and all concerns you may have. I look forward to many more years here.

The young ladies who answer the phone are very lovely and have been very helpful Also I appreciate the 24 hour concierges and the safety that is provided by keeping strangers out of the elevators

Great concierge staff and service....its like living in a hotel except you have established a relationship with the staff thats more of a community.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 months. The staff are friendly and professional. The apartments have wood floors, granite counter tops and overall nice finishes. We are right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. Any repair requests or issues are taken care of immediately. The building is very secure. We highly recommend The Olivian.
