The new management has shown much improvement. The staff has been very welcoming and nice. Renovations around the complex are improving and the workers are swift to respond to requests!

I have enjoyed living at the oasis , the pool is beautiful and I live for the gym! With features such as a 24hr gym as well as clubhouse I look forward to living here again if I get the chance .

Overall good apartment complex, some improvements could be done. Apartment interior upkeep and more budget towards the units and not amenities. Roommate matching system and more room for handling roommate issues.

I love the Oasis! I am super comfortable living here and have had no issues! Maintenance is extremely responsive and easy to contact! The only reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the constant issue with the gates and the fact that the elevators have not worked since I moved in.

Great place! Great potential just a lot of broken things like the elevator took way too long to be fixed, other than that I think things were mediocre nothing amazing.

the oasis is awesome at offering some cool freebies to it's residents. my only gripes are that some residents get randomly towed, and the pool was closed all summer.

They are really fast when it comes to maintenance. They are very cool to talk to , & they always have fun nights sometimes where there is free food & game.

I especially appreciate the well-maintained pool and fitness center – it's like having a little resort right outside my door! Living at the Oasis Apartments at 6023 UTSA Blvd has been a pretty good experience overall. It’s super close to campus, which makes getting to class easy, and that’s probably my favorite part. The apartments are furnished, which saved me a lot of time and money when I moved in. The gym and pool are nice to have, and I’ve used the study rooms a few times when I needed a quiet place outside my apartment. The staff has been pretty helpful when I’ve needed something, and maintenance usually gets things done without too much delay. Rent is fair for the location and what’s included. If you’re a UTSA student Oasis is definitely worth considering. I’d recommend checking it out.

As someone who’s never lived closed by campus it was the most convenient thing ever for me. Having services that are included is so nice not having to pay extra.

Not bad but also not the best i wouldn’t mind renewing here but also would look for other places as living here has caused several inconveniences

Great apartment living, apartments are very well kept and renovated and maintence is quick to help with anything! community is also very friendly and social. Security could be better, theres been some experiences that did not have to happen with good security.

I like everything at the oasis, but I’m not comfortable with my roomate, wish there was an option to transfer, because I did send a message to ask if there were options available to transfer but I didn’t get any response.

Living at Oasis at UTSA has been an absolute nightmare. They advertise this place as "luxury living," but it’s anything but. Here are some of the biggest issues I’ve faced: -Maintenance Issues: When I moved in, it took over two weeks to fix basic problems in my unit because they only had one maintenance worker. The rest had quit, leaving residents to fend for themselves. -False Advertising: They claim this place is "luxury," but it’s a complete dump. The units are poorly maintained, and the property as a whole is neglected. -Squatter Problem: There were literal squatters living across from my unit, leaving trash and laundry piled up near the stairwell and stealing furniture. It wasn’t until they stole something from the office that they were finally kicked out. -No Security: The gates are broken, there’s no security presence, and car break-ins are a constant issue. Residents are left completely vulnerable. -Mold and Health Hazards: Mold is a recurring problem, and management seems to turn a blind eye, leaving residents to deal with the unsafe conditions. -Incompetent Management: The management team is dismissive, unresponsive, and incapable of running this place. They create more problems than they solve. If you’re thinking about living here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are MILES better apartments like Hill Country Place or Avalon that not only are safe but a much better apartment experience entirely.

This place is filthy. Don't rent here!! They don't care and they won't come clean anything. I spent three hours cleaning my son's new place. Needs paint and maintenance. It's awful. The toilet and sink were clogged and they took 48 hours to even come and look at it. My son's roommates are disgusting slobs and despite complaints made to the front office, nothing was done. We have had enough and have decided to move him out early and just pay the rent for the remaining months and then as we were moving out our car was towed. No one was in the office. No one was available to provide a temporary parking pass. We were there for less than 90 minutes and were not away from the vehicle for more than 5 minutes at a time. The Luxx is complicit with this practice and is refusing to refund the towing fee. This place is a nightmare. The staff is rude, unhelpful and doesn't care about its residents. The property is awful and nothing is maintained. Find anywhere else to live. Renting here was the worst mistake.

I would highly recommend not living at the luxx it’s not worth it what so ever. I lived at the luxx last year and when I first moved in there was so much wrong with the unit. We had bug problems and so did other people in other units. They gave us a handicap apartment when no one was handicap. Which left us with no cabinets under the sink and you could see all the piping. Everything was basically dirty when we first moved in. When I moved I submitted an inspection form of everything that was messed up or dirty in the apartment. One of the dirtiest things in that inspection form was my bathtub that was so dirty that I could’t even clean it. So I put a maintenance request in about and they were still unable to fix’s it. When I moved out of the luxx they proceeded to charge me for the tub. After it clearly states in the inspection form it was already like that. I’ve tried emailing and calling but they take weeks to reply. I’d highly recommend living somewhere else.

Anytime I have needed a repair I have contacted the office and have received a prompt response. The issue has been resolved within a reasonable time frame.

The luxx is a great place to live. They make activities several times a month and do a bunch of giveaways in their instagram page. The only disadvantage of this place is that is not always clean, you can find trash in the hallway and stuff like that. Overall good!

If I could not give any stars at all, I would. To begin, the staff are ridiculously rude and the apartments are full of roaches. My apartment & my some of my neighbors were full of tiny roaches and others had fire ants. We had the exterminator come 5-6 times & they never died. To make it better, we argued with Sylvia who is the main person there & she said, and I quote, “having roaches in your home is normal” RIDICULOUS! Plus, they try to get money out of you in every way possible when you finish your lease. Also, everything breaks & they take ageeees to repair it.

Management doesn’t even clean apartments before leasing. Most reviews you see are fake because they give gift cards for good reviews. The ac systems are outdated and are constantly breaking leaving you without ac at night or heater in the winter. Washer dryers are outdated as well and do not work well. They also charge fake charges of “damages” that weren’t there you moved out. I recommend looking around there’s many more places with more amenities and nicer staff.

When you leave this apt complex they try to get the most money out of you as possible.

The staff at the Luxx is super friendly! They host events for their residents and their clubhouse and share fun prizes! They always greet with a smile.

LUXX staff is great! Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. Management has had a lot of inspections in the past few months and it might seem like a bother to some people, but it shows that they care for their residents and want to make sure they live in a safe environment. Amenities are great, love the gym! Visitor parking is the best in UTSA Blvd! Texting residents to let them know that an event is coming up or inspections are being held is an awesome system. Keep up the great work LUXX!

The luxx is a awesome place to live and chill with anybody, along with the annual fun things to do

I attended my first party here at the club house and I was kinda shy at first but then the staff were all great and engaging and Alexis knows every ones name which was very awesom

Maintenance never once came to my apartment all year. On top of that the “24/7” gym was normally locked after like 9 which was very inconvenient considering that was most of the time when I was able to hit the gym. The plumbing is pretty awful too, my roommate and my toilets would clog like every two weeks. We didn’t even get proper mail keys till like 6 months into our lease. For the price it’s definitely not worth leasing here there are many other cheaper options nearby and most of them won’t even have half as awful service...

I wish I could give them 0 Stars. This facility is absolutely the worst. The management is heartless, and abusive. They take advantage of the students that rent from them and do not handle situations professionally. They are only interested in their money, not in helping their residents. My daughter was assaulted on site, and the mental distress has ruined her opportunity to even finish the semester of school. She is near a complete mental breakdown. Management wanted to sweep the incident under the rug and said they would watch the assailants to make sure they didn't attack her again. They did not even evict them from the property, so after continued harassment, we have decided to move her out of the facility and bring her home. The assistant manager threatened us if we did not pay 25% of the entire lease to move out, even though we have already paid 7 months of the 12 month lease. Yes it is written in the lease, but we are moving out only because of the continued distress our daughter was in. She was at the breaking point mentally, but they do not care, it is only about the money. Looks like we will have to pursue a consumer complaint with the State of Texas.

I tried to bare with the Luxx, but I just can’t anymore. I hate it here. None of the people up front never know what they are saying and are always switching up there story from the different people I talk to. One person would say this and the other person would say different. I went up there the other day for my light bill, because the price was outrageous. Wanna know ? It was a 100 for one month of electricity that wasn’t our fault and we tried to talk to the Luxx about it but they said email simple bill first I did just that went back to the office said they couldn’t do anything. So back to my story on move in day our AC was broken and before we moved in our roommate said it wasn’t working for like a week before move in day. So we move in and the ac is still broken and it was broken for about another week so maintenance kept coming to our place cranking the ac up and down to see what the problem was they even said to open up ur blinds doors so the AC could work twice as harder to see if it works. Still no results and mind u that is racking up our electricity bill. I’m really furious because I never thought it would be charged against us for something that wasn’t even our fault. Finally the AC starts working again then it stops again and then maintenance said they had to change something so they did so they turned the ac all the way down so it could get cold then adjusted it back to 75 when it got normal again. So because of the Luxx they made our Electricity bill each a 100 and we can’t even pay that because first we aren’t rich and second it was the Luxx fault for our AC being broken. I’m furious and I will stay furious until my voice is heard and until it’s fixed. I am tired of hearing different stories from each co-worker up Front.

PREDATORY LENDERS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE CROOKS! THEY PREY UPON STUDENTS AND LET THEM SIGN LEASES WHEN THEY HAVE NO INCOME OR CREDIT! MOST ADULTS CANT EVEN GET A LEASE... MY SON WORKED HIS BUTT OFF LAST YEAR AT UTSA TO GET ACCEPTED TO UT AUSTIN AND THESE PEOPLE REFUSE TO EVEN WORK WITH US! SYLVIA THE ASSISTANT GM TOLD ME MY SON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A FULL YEARS RENT BECAUSE HE SIGNED A CONTRACT. AND HE DOESN'T EVEN MOVE IN FOR ANOTHER MONTH! I ASKED ABOUT A SUBLEASE AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT AND THAT IF SOMEONE ELSE MOVED IN WE WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY 85%! I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB, UTSA, AND THE COURT AS THIS VIOLATES FAIR HOUSING LAWS FOR PROTECTED CLASSES WHICH COLLEGE STUDENTS FALL UNDER! THE SAME WAY THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES GOT BUSTED TAKING ADVANTAGE OF STUDENTS THIS IS WHAT THESE APARTMENTS ON CAMPUS ARE DOING. THEY ARE USING HARRASSMENT AND INTIMADATION AGAINST MY SON TO BULLY HIM AND THREATENING TO RUIN HIS CREDIT BEFORE HE IS EVEN AN ADULT! HOW CAN A KID WHO CANT BUY BEER SIGN A 1 YEAR LEASE WHEN HE DOSENT EVEN HAVE A JOB? IF ANYONE ELSE FINDS THEMSELVES IN THIS SITUATION WITH THESE APARTMENTS CONTACT ME SO I CAN PUT YOU IN CONTACT WITH MY ATTORNEY!

This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. To begin with, their front desk staff is completely incompetent. They neglected to tell me that there was visitor parking and there are no "towing enforced" signs anywhere inside the complex and so when my friend visited, she got towed... There is a gate at the front that they say is "temporarily broken," but has not been fixed since I got here and my roommates have told me that it has been open all semester. Absolutely anyone can get in. For example, there was a man who shot a bullet through someone's window the other night and they did nothing about it and the gate remains open. Financially, this place is an absolute joke. I took over someone else's lease and not once was I told about an extra $200 fee for taking over a lease or that the rent went up. The day that rent was due, I was hit with extra charges that I hadn't anticipated. ADDITIONALLY, if you try to pay your rent online (like they ask) there is an EXTRA fee ("convenience charge"). For as much as it is and as much as they try to milk out of you, it is not worth it in the least. It is a poorly run establishment. P.S. my sink also leaks and my shower won't drain so that's pleasant. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Having had my grown children in over 5 apartments over the years, The Luxx was definitely the worst. Not once did they bother coming to fix the garbage disposal, the broken thermostat or even change the AC filters. The elevators break down on a weekly basis and false alarms with the fire department is a regular event. But worse thing is the out of control trash problems with the 'trash rooms' on each floor. The trash is thrown into the elevators and transported which causes the stinkiest wet mess in the elevators that are never cleaned. Broken glass, trash and even vomit can be seen in the halls and are NEVER cleaned. I am so glad to have my daughter in a clean well managed place but feel the need to save other parents from this nightmare.

This complex is in the perfect location, easy access to school and major highways. The rooms and hallways are an enjoyable place to live with a modern design. Opened in 2014 it has a vegas style pool which is great and I just re newed for another year here.
