Property Ratings at The Nell
NO PARKING - community has absolutely limited parking and management did very little to fix. Please ask details about PARKING before you sign. THIN WALLS - built quality is absolutely cheap, you can hear your neighbors loud and clear. I lived here for a year and would not recommend anyone signing a lease. Management is nice but extremely ineffective, don’t get carried away because they are nice.
