Property Ratings at The Mondello
Before the 'renovations' it was good there. After DEvCO came to the ownership and started 'renovations' it turned into a nightmare. The moving company brought in bedbugs into my apartment with my furniture which was stored at the storage not accessible to the tenants during the renovations. The 'renovations' are horrible, everything is falling off, the renovations are not finished. I lived at the construction site, Roofing noise was horrible, windows' installation. I lost my work, I got sick. Now bedbugs. They did not keep their promises to pack and unpack stuff while temporary relocating us and bring back. I damaged my back and shoulder, the elevator hasn't been working for 2 months may be more
this community is a five stars community! that's why i would recommend it to others.

It would be nice to have a pool opened earlier, to have a covered car pool. And change the tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. I don?t have any wouldn?t s.

Since the new Manager and assistant Manager has been here, the improvement rate has increased 100%. The maintenance crew is excellent.

I really like the way this web site is set up however I wish there square footage to determine which lay you like the most. I really like this complex and when it come time I well contact them. Gee wouldn't it be gray of I won rent for life. I just don't know what I do. Thanks for this great app
