The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Mave
The furnishings are relatively new (~2017), but the flooring is poorly built. You can clearly hear footsteps from upstairs neighbors and the constant thuds get to you after a week of settling in. Couple that with a management that is trying to squeeze on every last dollar and you end up overpaying for an underwhelming experience.
When I read the glowing reviews of this complex especially of the management I was blown away but admittedly a bit skeptical. Were they paid to write these reviews? Then I met Kelley- whose warmth and professionalism made it evident the 5 star reviews were well deserved. This woman is so passionate about her job she actually called me while on vacation to assure me I had not been forgotten while I patiently waited for an apartment to become available. Yep, it took just meeting her and one look around to know I had found my home! Meanwhile in my old apartment, residents were receiving emails warning them that the pool would be shut down for the summer if people didn't pay attention to the rules. No how's your summer going? not in that place! Their way of advising residents that they were non renewing their lease because they wanted to renovate their apartment, was to send a constable to the door! (nope not me I turned THEM down) It's been one week of being a resident of the Mave- so my honest review?- If you've ever seen the series, "the good place" this is it! Management is 5 star all round as is the maintenance dept. Everything is pristine and these people actually seem to take pride in keeping it that way. But it's the management philosophy that makes the Mave something very special. From the complementary beverages in the 24/7 cyber cafe to the lounge, the outdoor fire pits and grills and the monthly "events", the entire complex seems to be designed to create a community within itself. I can't think of a nicer way to start a day then heading off for a free latte, while greeting other residents and their canine companions on the way. Talk about setting the tone for the day. Ahna, Lexi, Kelley, along with Mike, Uri, Jimmy all are incredibly helpful and approachable. And unlike my prior residence, they actually know my name, in fact they seem to know the names of all the residents. They clearly like people and it's reflected in their attitude. So as I write this after losing at bingo on the veranda this evening (the free pizza was nice though) I can only agree with Kelley " things happen for a reason" Whatever the reason I'm glad I found my way here and hope to stay for a long time!
Moving out soon after a tenure at the Mave. leaving this review anonymously for the sake of my security deposit. Pros: The maintenance team is always very friendly and helpful. They deserve 10/5 stars and so is the assistant property manager Rachel. Amenities are in good working conditions. Cons: 1. Demographic went downhill since 2020. before 2020 Mave was a nice community now more like a frat house, with wild pool parties over the weekend and a hint of weed surrounding the complex. 2. Management can't enforce rules on irresponsible dog owners without sacrificing the privileges of responsible ones. sometimes there are dog poops around the property everywhere. All dogs loose access to the courtyard(a shortcut to many amenities that many of us take) because one incident of dog poop found on the patio of a 1st floor neighbor. 3. The management not enforcing rules at the on-site dog park. Incidents of aggressive dogs hurting dogs and humans happen frequently. Breed restrictions are not enforced and there seems to be new rescue dogs adopted every month. (If your looking for a dog friendly apartment with responsible dog owners, Mave is likely to be too dog friendly for you and your pup) 4. Parking is full and limited because so many couples squeeze into one bed apartments. So if you're already paying the premium of living in a two bedroom by yourself, you're not guaranteed a parking space. You need yo pay extra for assigned garage space. Overall a 10 star experience until 2020 and 1 star after
