Property Ratings at The Maples
The building is in a great location to campus. It also is a lot cheaper than a lot of places this close to campus so it's kind of a gold mine. The building is older but they keep it pretty updated. Another awesome aspect of the building is it's management which is privately owned. This is nice because if something happens in your apartment or there are any complications with the facilities they will come and fix it right up for you. I recommend living here.
