THE LINKS ON PGA PARKWAY

you inquired about parking desires. parking IS limited on the street but my neighbor at 1111 has a car parked outside continually which no one drives months on end. Her boyfriend uses the space to show an expensive vehicle he has for sale and they even have a sign on their gate with the apt number so people can find the location more easily to view the vehicle. He lives in Dallas so apparently it helps him to show it at a further north location. I have had conversations wiyj some of the players. one of his employees lives next door to her

The apartment complex itself is great. As for the office staff, I would request either Tyler or Julie. They are the best and happy to help residents regardless of good or bad!

I have lived at the property for well over a year and I haven’t had any complaints. Very quiet complex and the staff is friendly. The only annoying thing is the lack of parking due to the construction of the last 2 phases of the complex.

Overall good. The trail needs to be cleaned up especially the side with all the weeds and sunflowers. I enjoy walking on the trail but not through all that.

Amazing services by entire Links Team whenever is needed. Thanks to entire team for fulfilling our service requests on timely basis.Swimming pool and Gym are favorite places for my children. Can be the bestest community in and around prosper and frisco if management can set up Children park with few Sports ( Basketball , Tennis Court ) to play.

Pros Luxurious Best community to stay around with good security amenities and services provided on time. Cons Could be better if Links would have a small tennis or basketball court

I’ve been living at Links on PGA in Frisco for a while now, and overall it’s been a really good experience. The location is a major plus—close to major highways, shopping, and dining, yet still peaceful and family-friendly. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. We especially enjoy the open layouts and large windows that bring in a lot of natural light. The community amenities are great too—nice pool, gym, and walking areas. My kids love the nearby parks and open spaces, and it’s a safe neighborhood with lots of families around. Maintenance requests are usually addressed quickly, though there have been occasional delays. The leasing office staff is courteous and responsive, but sometimes during busy periods, getting hold of them takes a little patience. Overall, Links on PGA offers a comfortable and convenient living experience, especially if you’re looking for a family-friendly spot in the heart of Frisco. Would definitely recommend to others!

I would give the Links at PGA a 4.5. Everything is new but apartment wasn’t move in ready. Staff is great and maintenance responds pretty quickly

So far so good! We moved in two days ago and it’s been a seamless process. The community is a very nice property. I am looking forward to enjoying what this community has to offer throughout my time here.

From the time I did my tour to the time I signed my lease. I felt the communication helped make my move in a lot less stressful, especially with having the move in check list. My apartment was also clean and guiding movers also felt easy. The staff in phase 2 office as well as the staff on the main office are so helpful and knowledgeable that I feel I made the right choice in choosing The Links.

Living at The Links on PGA Parkway Phase 2 has been a great experience. The apartment itself is beautiful, with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and everything feels brand new. The community is quiet and well-kept, and I love the amenities — especially the pool and fitness center. The management team is responsive and professional, and maintenance always shows up quickly when needed. I also appreciate how clean and safe everything feels. It’s in a great location too — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the highway. I really feel at home here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live.

So far so great! I love the community, and I love taking my daughter on walks around the trails! We are obsessed with having two pools, two gyms, multiple places to hang out with friends, and two terraces. There’s a lot to do at home, so we barely feel the need to leave!

Move in was smooth! The leasing office was very timely and hopeful with everything that we needed so far. Our unit was nice and clean when we moved in and even though the washer and dryer wasn’t there when we expected, they had it done in less than 12 hours.

Smooth process when moving in, apartment clean and the whole building is well organized. Was blown away by the concierge service of mail delivery, Trash gets picked up daily.

First month here, Beautiful community, great amenities, friendly staff. Work orders get responded to quickly just wish they had security cameras in the parking lot.

Tina was so helpful throughout our entire experience. We love the area and all of the amenities that it has to offer. A cool feature of the apartment is it has its own market place where you can get items if you do not want to drive.

The apartment itself is nice and the staff is friendly. I like the pools and amenities but do wish they had more gym equipment or game room games. I have had a few issues with the finer details of the lease agreement but the staff has been helpful in working it out and sticking with what I was originally promised despite a lot of staff turnover in the beginning

Its been a great experience living in this community. The security is solid, and I always feel safe. The property is very well maintained — the landscaping, cleanliness, and attention to detail really stand out. One of my favorite parts is the clubhouse and amenities; they’re top-notch and make day-to-day living feel more like a resort. More expensive compared to competitor properties. Pay attention to the market and be competitive! Some Residents are moving out due to finding better deals elsewhere, despite having a good experience at The Links on PGA Parkway.

I highly recommend to anyone moving to check this place out - making The Links on PGA your new home will be the best choice you could make for sure!

Everything is good. The only thing is floorings are not made great. Flooring was not aligned at all. You can literally hear everyone above you. If they can work on that it would be a great place.

Amazing complex. Very clean at all times. not too noisy. Staff is also always helpful. Great amenties for the price. Loved the valet trash, free parking, and package delivery services, free coffee stations, wine station and so many common areas.

Better and safe place for families to stay with Links I would expect more play areas like Tennis, basketball and Table tennis for all age groups also walk way for joggers/runners. Link staff is always helpful all the time - I really appreciate it.

I love living at The Links, the amenities have everything I need like gym, wfh space and the nice pools! Although it seems a little further out of Frisco, it’s not bad at all because DNT is across from it.

Overall good community with good amenities. The rent pricing is decent. More importantly I like the elevator in the apartment. I would recommend this apartment

My experience living at the links has been amazing so far. All of the staff is so nice and very helpful. I love the pool and the gym! Whenever I have a package delivered they are very fast at noticing which I love as well!

It's been a seamless and easy move in experience. Trying to get all the furniture upstairs was pretty easy as well. All of our neighbors seem nice too. Fantastic move thus far.

I have been here for more than 18 months and I’ve enjoyed my stay here. To the point I actually renewed my lease and I never do that. The space is clean, safe and enjoyable. Maintenance is always timely, staff is friendly and so are the residents. The community spaces are just as great!

Ok— its great if we can get our lease to work- DocuSign always has a problem. it’s starting to get full. They do keep up up with refreshing spot touching the paint. Package system got worked out and is working well.

It was a great move in, Tina has been so helpful with my questions/emails! Also, my ac unit was not working and they came in and fixed it day of. Less than a few hours!

The Hallway smalls good. Area is very clean. Pet friendly. The maintenance is quick. Onboarding process was smooth.good amount of parking space.
