I really liked the amenities and service. Best maintenance and helping staff. Will refer my friends for sure. Expecting more fun activities and events within the community.

Seamless! The office staff was so welcoming and made sure I had everything I need. Tyler was so accommodating as I was coming from out of state. The staff is still just as nice even after moving in.

I've lived here for almost 1 year and my experience has been wonderful! Office staff is always friendly as well. Nice and quiet property. All maintenance requests are also handled in a timely manner.

Overall it’s a nice property. The maintenance team response time is excellent. However, there are some areas that need attention. Specifically the stairwells and walls in the communal areas.

I love it here. Such a nice, peaceful setting and endless amenities. Location feels isolated but is central to all things Frisco, Prosper, and Plano- without the congestion or density. Staff is very friendly.

Been here for a minute… I enjoy the amenities, staff is friendly and so are the neighbors. Great community living and I feel safe walking my dogs past 10p. Only downfall are neighbors who smoke, dont pick up dog mess daily and the parking has been a pain (no parking spaces and to even try parking close you have to pay)

Eh. It was nice at first but then they lowered the rent and a lot of people started moving here and I have started to see a lot of roaches, trash in the stairwell, trash outside in the street, people not picking up after their dogs, food in the street and I saw a rat run across the street to the field. So. Yeah. The bug issue has stopped since I’ve sprayed my own house and deep clean a lot and I also had maintenance come by and spray and stuff.

Great Community. Well maintained. It’s calm, clean and noise free. Building management is super friendly. Big pool, Nice Gym and plenty of open parking.

So far so good. I've been here about a month. It wasn't the best move-in process, but Carolina has been a gem in making sure my experience has been the best. Overall the property is very clean and the maintenance staff are incredible.

Been here 4 years so far! Love it. Had an issue with my front door lock running out of battery and they fixed it within 2 hours! That’s only issue I’ve seen

overall great, public restroom and hallways can get pretty dirty and or smell often, and the construction is kind of annoying. Public ammetities are nice, but some of the main gym equipment needs to be fixed.

Love living here. But I am very bothered by the amount of dog poop everywhere. I thought paying for poo prints was going to curtail this, but I see no action. I am considering asking for a refund on my poo prints application if nothing is resolved. There is poop on the sidewalks, poop next to the poop canisters. It is everywhere. Both my dog and myself have stepped in poop more than once since moving in on May 31. I would really appreciate seeing action taken towards this.

This is a wonderful place. Wonderful amenities. The pool, gym, and club house are top notch. Brianna and the rest of the leasing staff are amazing. They made my move-in very easy.

The area is very peaceful despite construction around. The community has welcoming people and the people who work at the office are always greeting me and my dog. This is a very nice place to live.

The back pool had wasp that are aggressive and scary. The landscaping weeds are tall. Not being able to see over thru or around them is a safety concern for seeing cars coming and going for walks. Also, allows for trash to gather. Birds gather on the patio. Love the amenities, valet trash pickup Package pickup and most of the front office team.

It’s been awesome here so far. Everything is clean and modern, people are great. Amenities are in great spots! The grocery store has already been a life saver as well

Loved it and enjoyed the stay. Want to refer my friends. I really loved the amenities, activities with in the appartment and waiting for the new phase gets opened soon.

Best apartment complex I’ve lived at hands-down ???? The amenities are so nice, everything is also clean, trash pickup is always on time, service requests get answered quickly and even make sure afterwards that everything is going well. The community is also super friendly! Love being so close to everything at this location

PGA LINKS has one of the best staff & they have great communication also very helpful when it comes to touring the apartment complex and finding the right apartment for you.

Everyone is so nice, especially the staff! Tina from the leasing office is great and made moving in really easy! I also love that it is a pet friendly community.

Not everything went as planned on move in day but the staff and maintenance team were amazing and did everything in their power to make us comfortable!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had inquiries. Overall, I have to say that I've had a great experience far. Even the maintenance and residents have been personable and I feel good about being apart this community along with my children.

Living at PGA has been pretty good so far, the only downside is there’s barely any parking. If you get home late after work there’s is barely anywhere to park.

Very clean and well kept.easing expectations are very transparent and the staff has been very helpful in making the transition very seamless!

Great so far! No major complaints on anything really. We extended our lease too. Fun activities all year around. I would recommend it anyone who is looking for safe and fun community.

The Links at PGA is an amazing place to move in. I am truly satisfied with the entire surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to people who are in search for a community filled with fun-filled amenities, peace and serenity. I honestly love the staff working here. They are so down to earth and always friendly. The best part is the free yoga sessions every Saturday and golf sessions. Oh, of course, the SUNRISE and the SUNSET views you cannot miss. I wake up every morning having the best view of it from my balcony. It's a 10/10.

We love it here so far. Our move-in was a little frustrating - the HVAC and refrigerator were both broken, but maintenance was quick to respond.

I’ve truly loved settling into my new apartment! The amenities are amazing, the sparkling pool is so refreshing, and the trail filled with sunflowers is my little slice of sunshine. My dog is obsessed with the complimentary doggie spa (so am I), and I appreciate the valet trash service way more than I expected! I’m also excited to learn how to play golf soon...just another bonus I never thought I’d have right at home. One of my biggest hesitations about apartment living was the fear of constant noise from neighbors, but I’m happy to say it’s been so quiet and peaceful. I’m on the bottom floor and hardly ever hear anyone above or next to me. So far, I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! ??????????

Everything is wonderful here , friendly neighborhood and staff is amazing. Only thing that I dislike is the baby spiders but just Texas so other than that, everything is great.

you inquired about parking desires. parking IS limited on the street but my neighbor at 1111 has a car parked outside continually which no one drives months on end. Her boyfriend uses the space to show an expensive vehicle he has for sale and they even have a sign on their gate with the apt number so people can find the location more easily to view the vehicle. He lives in Dallas so apparently it helps him to show it at a further north location. I have had conversations wiyj some of the players. one of his employees lives next door to her

The apartment complex itself is great. As for the office staff, I would request either Tyler or Julie. They are the best and happy to help residents regardless of good or bad!

I have lived at the property for well over a year and I haven’t had any complaints. Very quiet complex and the staff is friendly. The only annoying thing is the lack of parking due to the construction of the last 2 phases of the complex.

Overall good. The trail needs to be cleaned up especially the side with all the weeds and sunflowers. I enjoy walking on the trail but not through all that.

Amazing services by entire Links Team whenever is needed. Thanks to entire team for fulfilling our service requests on timely basis.Swimming pool and Gym are favorite places for my children. Can be the bestest community in and around prosper and frisco if management can set up Children park with few Sports ( Basketball , Tennis Court ) to play.

Pros Luxurious Best community to stay around with good security amenities and services provided on time. Cons Could be better if Links would have a small tennis or basketball court

I’ve been living at Links on PGA in Frisco for a while now, and overall it’s been a really good experience. The location is a major plus—close to major highways, shopping, and dining, yet still peaceful and family-friendly. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. We especially enjoy the open layouts and large windows that bring in a lot of natural light. The community amenities are great too—nice pool, gym, and walking areas. My kids love the nearby parks and open spaces, and it’s a safe neighborhood with lots of families around. Maintenance requests are usually addressed quickly, though there have been occasional delays. The leasing office staff is courteous and responsive, but sometimes during busy periods, getting hold of them takes a little patience. Overall, Links on PGA offers a comfortable and convenient living experience, especially if you’re looking for a family-friendly spot in the heart of Frisco. Would definitely recommend to others!

I would give the Links at PGA a 4.5. Everything is new but apartment wasn’t move in ready. Staff is great and maintenance responds pretty quickly

So far so good! We moved in two days ago and it’s been a seamless process. The community is a very nice property. I am looking forward to enjoying what this community has to offer throughout my time here.

From the time I did my tour to the time I signed my lease. I felt the communication helped make my move in a lot less stressful, especially with having the move in check list. My apartment was also clean and guiding movers also felt easy. The staff in phase 2 office as well as the staff on the main office are so helpful and knowledgeable that I feel I made the right choice in choosing The Links.

Living at The Links on PGA Parkway Phase 2 has been a great experience. The apartment itself is beautiful, with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and everything feels brand new. The community is quiet and well-kept, and I love the amenities — especially the pool and fitness center. The management team is responsive and professional, and maintenance always shows up quickly when needed. I also appreciate how clean and safe everything feels. It’s in a great location too — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the highway. I really feel at home here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live.

So far so great! I love the community, and I love taking my daughter on walks around the trails! We are obsessed with having two pools, two gyms, multiple places to hang out with friends, and two terraces. There’s a lot to do at home, so we barely feel the need to leave!

Move in was smooth! The leasing office was very timely and hopeful with everything that we needed so far. Our unit was nice and clean when we moved in and even though the washer and dryer wasn’t there when we expected, they had it done in less than 12 hours.

Smooth process when moving in, apartment clean and the whole building is well organized. Was blown away by the concierge service of mail delivery, Trash gets picked up daily.
