They are busy trying to get new customers……….. But after you become a customer it’s hard to communicate with people working at the office. They charge management every 6 months or so

Too many evil,spiteful, mentally ill, miserable, drug addicts, Loitering, thieving, trashy, stalking beings in these living spaces, unsafe and no penalties enforced to control a roach! Not worth a nickel! Would not recommend to a dead dog. Wish I could get All my hard earned money back! Smdh

They are not showing the mailbox being ripped from the wall and refuse to fix. They are not showing the entrance gate broken so anyone can come in and break into your place. They are not showing how they forced you to pay $40 a month for trash collection when the trash collectors refuse to pick up your trash. They are not showing how the walkways and stairways are so dirty and they rarely pressure wash those areas. They send you weekly emails about keeping your apartment up to standards but they do a terrible job with keeping you safe and in the case of the mailboxes, not protecting your privacy. This is the worse I’ve seen this complex but yet paying the highest. I would look elsewhere if I’m looking for an apartment and I will be when my lease is up.

I was lied to when going over the apartment application and while viewing apartment model unit. Never was I told my unit would come with black kitchen cabinets, and to top it off they were chipped. The restroom came with black cabinets as well which was all a surprise because I was in the assumption that it was going to be similar to the model unit. Also, there was an ongoing leak that went on non stop before it was finally fixed. I recall trying to communicate with the apartment manager in person and she refused to speak to me. Never did I have this issue, and I’ve always been able to communicate with all the managers at my past apartment complex. Till this day I don’t know who the manager is or their name.

Very nice and comfortable, the only downside is the valet trash ppl are very nasty and leave bags of trash outside their door and it’s making the concrete look nasty and it smells like a dumpster
I love that it’s pretty quiet here. The amenities are nice. And the maintenance honestly is my favorite. I’ve not have many needs but anytime I’ve submitted a work order then have been completed quickly. Manuel and Darwin (I believe is his name) are truly top tier!!! I really love it here. Now in the hotter months I’ve had problems with mosquitoes. But I’m sure it’s because I live close by a clearing. That’s my only grievance.

When I first moved here it was great and then things started to go downhill after Kalaya left. Management doesn't want to be bothered with residents. They don't communicate well and it's like you are just another number. I don't think this is a bad place to leave but the amenities could be better, Management needs improvement and the area in office where residents used to the computer needs improvement as well

The experience was cool, can’t complain. The apartment is nice and the management is decent to communicate with.The maintenance nice workers and respond in a timely manner. My only two complaints is the roaches and the valet trash, even after pest control I Still battle with the roaches and valet trash services just aren’t good, especially when you have to pay for it lol.

I recently moved here from Afghanistan, and my experience so far has been very positive. The community is peaceful, and the staff has been welcoming and helpful, which made my transition to this new environment much easier. i love everything about my apartment from the balcony to the washer and dryer i also love that we have a pool and a fitness center this apartment complex is really calm an quiet for the most part and we are around almost every store we could possibly need also leasing agents made everything so easy for us and made our move in go better than expected

Bad smells of urine and dog droppings everywhere. Lack of cleanliness. Insecurity The treatment before and after the rental contract is concluded differs. They do not keep their promises.

The process of getting the apartment was great and easy. The service provided was good just wished to see the apartments before the moving date. Over all there Apartment was good just needed a better cleaning since there a few dead small cockroaches.

Very nice and comfy apartments I would just stop the valet trash, there are ppl that are nasty and leaves their trash outside their door for days letting it leak and it smells like garbage when you walk up or down the stairs

Applying was fast and easy. Getting an approval was fast as well and not overly complicated. I generally have a lot of questions and I get them answered. Someone from the front office responds to emails pretty efficiently.

It's cool. The management always seeks to keep the surroundings of the buildings clean. Repairs are done urgently with the maintenance crew. I have been living in this apartment for the past six years. With all the natural disasters, there is always no major damage to the property. There is always no flooding on the property.

If I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would. Zero stars wouldn't suffice. At the start of my lease in June of 2023, I had an amazing experience. This was my first apartment. Every month, something would deter that experience. Since the old staff was replaced, my experience plummeted. Management is careless, unresponsive and lack empathy. Recently, I had to vacate my apartment due to presence of mold throughout my apartment, which in turn damaged my personal items and affected my health on a day to day basis. I was told by Laurie, the property manager, to move out because they refused to accommodate me while "trying" to rectify the issue, refused to do a mold testing and have not responded to me since. I have been showing my face in the office DAILY prior to me vacating only to be ignored, turned away, or given a run around by Tina and Laurie. Emails go unnoticed, phone calls do not help, nothing is in writing, and they make it seem as if there is seemingly nothing I can do to help myself further besides moving into another unit at a charge of $750. For an issue that wasnt my doing??? I feel that is totally irresponsible, unfair and inhumane. I did vacate my apartment because my health only worsened by the day, and Laurie acted as if she was doing me a favor by "letting" me do so. Not following the lease agreements, and trying to doctor it to protect themselves and not given me anything in writing or any responses since June 12th. I moved on June 3, 2024. It's a shame, very disheartening and plain disgusting. Besides the mold, the constant flea infestation is ridiculous. There are stray cats everywhere. If you have a fur baby, please beware! Pest control doesn't help, and don't get me started on the roaches. They come big and small no matter how clean your space is. Maintenance is wonderful, I have no complaints. During the ordeal with the mold, they sent Manny, who is not a specialist.. The most he could do was clean it, but even that was unhelpful because it does not solve the problem. Overall, I'd say only move into this place if you are desperate enough. For this to have been my first apartment and to be treated, disregarded and cheated the way I was, I wouldn't wish on anyone. I could go on for days, but hopefully this review helps anyone considering moving into this hellhole and I can FINALLY get a response since emails don't help.
