I enjoy staff and this neighborhood. The gym definitely needs work but it’s quiet and maintenance is always quick. Staff is very communicative.

Over 7 years living in the complex, i've never had an issue that have not been addressed in timely matter. Great staff and Management is responsive!
I love living here - the neighborhood is great, the staff is really nice, and the apartment units are lovely! I don’t have the desire to live anywhere else.

Just moved in to Lexington at Market Square and I love it! The leasing office have been super helpful and my apartment is so nice! The location can't be beat and so much sunlight from all the windows.

I lived for two years at the Lexington and I really enjoyed my time there. The apartment is modern and has great lighting, the building is well maintained, it's in a central location (5 minute walk to the National Mall), maintenance requests are quickly addressed, and — most importantly— the staff is incredibly friendly. The apartment complex frequently organized events for neighbors to get to know one another, which created a sense of belonging in a friendly community. I would highly recommend living at the Lexington.

Excellent review very informative. I will be moving September 18th if it wasn't for apartments I wouldn't have known about all offers!
Everything in downtown DC is a short walk away, including all of the new Jose Andres restaurants, the Verizon Center, the National Mall, and more. There isn't a better place to be for transit either - every Metro line is within 3 blocks of the apartment building. The neighborhood is quiet at night, even with countless bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. The management is top-notch; Bozzuto leaves a lasting impression at all of their apartment communities and this one is no exception.
