If you are older and have mobility issues, do not live at the Laurel. The property does not provide enough handicap parking.

Very unprofessional staff! They are never available and lack the ability to follow-up with tenants and potential tenants. Tenants can tell the difference with Greystar Management.

I am sorry that you experienced service that wasn't up to par. I am happy to let you know we have hired 2 additional staff and our response times are greatly improved. I hope you have been able to see the marked increase in customer service thest past two months. Our goal is to always provide top level service.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Since moving in a few months ago, our dishwasher was broken, freezer froze and now our fridge has problems with getting cold, the faucet in the bathroom shot up hit me in the face and water went everywhere, the faucet on my shower came off as well. Horrible appliances and even dangerous at this point. The staff does not care about you if you are a younger adult. You pay so much and the quality of appliances here is absolutely terrible. I can't wait to move out. This is the opposite of luxury living.

I would not recommend this Apartment complex ever unless you are on the top floor. Worst insulation ever. I have had so many issues since I moved in: Dishwasher broken, wood floors slats lifting all throughout the kitchen, kitchen faucet leak had to be fixed and noise complaint is just constant.

This is a great property-- nice features and amenities, well maintained, and friendly and professional staff. *However*, potential renters should know that the walls and floors are paper thin. Unless you can afford to pay rent for the highest floor, please know that you will hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors: showers / running water, toilets flushing, walking (which sounds like stomping), opening and closing of drawers and cabinets, washing machine spin cycle, etc. For all the great benefits and features, it's surprising that there isn't concrete between the floors. Even properties that cost half as much have some sound-proofing mechanisms.
