Only 1 elevator out of 3 goes to the 7th floor

Staff is very friendly and property is well maintained. But if you wish to live on the top floor, which is the 7th, beware of the fact that there is only 1 elevator out of 3 that can access the 7th floor. And this only elevator happens to be the freight elevator, so not only you will have to use the freight elevator to access your floor during your entire lease time but also the freight elevator cannot be reserved during move-in/move-out because it has to remain available for residents on the 7th floor (which unnecessarily increases your move time and delay getting to/out of your floor when someone is moving). Lastly, delivery people will never be able to find your unit because it is incredibly challenging for non-residents to locate the freight elevator. I was NOT told of this fact before moving in, so just a heads up for all future 7th floor residents.

WATER QUALITY ISSUE

For anyone who's considering living here, don't. I moved in on May 7th and immediately encountered a severe water quality issue in my unit. After speaking with other tenants, I discovered that this problem is widespread throughout the building. The water is cloudy and contains particles, making it extremely unsafe for drinking or any other use. As a result, I, along with other tenants, have been forced to buy bottled water. I don't believe the water is even safe for basic uses like washing or cleaning. I reported this issue to the leasing office on June 2nd, but I have yet to receive any response. It's insane that we're paying so much money to live in an unhabitable place like this.

Amazing building and tour!

I toured with Nicole and she did a great job showing me all my options at Hanover! The building is extremely new, in a great up and coming area, and has wonderful amenities. Would totally recommend others checking out the space, it’s definitely one of, if not the best, apartments for its units’ currently going listing price.

Great Experience

We recently toured this apartments along with all of its amenities and were blown away. You’ll find details here that you won’t at any other place. Our tour guide Haley, showed us a couple different options and was so helpful during the whole process. Couldn’t recommend this place or her enough.

Amazing Service / Move In

I want to first thank Asia / Lexie the leasing agents. I had a very short deadline from moving out of my old place and into my unit here. Not only did they guide me every step of the way but made the entire process seamless and easy. I cannot thank them enough. The apartment was clean and ready to go upon move in. I had a wonderful experience working with them and transitioning into my new home.

The high ceilings sold me, and the fact that they offer 4 different color options in your home is not something you will find anywhere else. The location is peaceful and great for walking around.

Hanover Tysons is the best!

I went on a few tours in the area and Hanover by far is the nicest property I've seen. From the stunning apartments to the Leasing staff, everyone has been so welcoming to me the second I walked in the door. Asia, Bianca, and Lexie made my day!

Tyson’s Hanover/ Best Apartment Living

I was referred to this place by a friend that lives in the area. I recently moved into this area to be closer to family, knowing nothing about the area and touring a number of properties, I just didn’t feel settled comfortably to lock in a 6 or 12 month lease. I’m not sure how I missed this one but was lucky enough for the referral. My experience from start to finish in the leasing process has been nothing but exceptional. The property speaks for itself, it’s well maintained, the staff are communicative and pleasant. It’s obvious that they are happy in all of their positions as they are more than genuine in all aspects of their jobs. In addition, you could not ask to be at a more convenient location. Whatever you need is within minutes away. I personally would like to thank Lexi, Bianca and Asia in leasing and let’s not forget Jeff in maintenance. Hanover you have an excellent team here as I’ve been in the customer service business most of my life. I’m not only happy to live in an upscale community that I am able to call home but grateful to have daily contact with competent people that I know will follow through and communicate any questions, concerns or issues through out the life of my lease. Thank you Tysons Corner for employing the right people to take care of this amazing property that I may now call home!

Really Nice Building

Best floor plans, amenities and location.

After looking at more than a dozen apartments in the Tysons, Old Town and Ballston area, we decided this new complex in Tysons, Hanover offered the best floor plans, amenities and location. We have been here just a few weeks now and must say our decision was so right. Asia and Bianca in the leasing office were so very helping in assisting with our move in logistics. Jamal from maintenance has been so very quick and professional responding to a few minor new unit maintenance requests.

Truly a dream place?

I had been looking in the DMV area for many months and found this place just a few months after this building opened, just a couple of blocks from Tyson's Galleria and Tyson's Corner. 5 minutes away from the Boro area. Totally quiet and safe all around. The amenities are incredible upscale and luxurious. My application was assisted all the time by the Hanover Tyson’s team. They always kept me informed and the approval was effective and with the best welcoming attitude. It really is a dream place I can not be happier and more grateful to have found this place. ????

Hanover does it better!

When I found out my company was relocating me from Philadelphia to Tysons, I was so relieved to find there was a Hanover here. I lived in a Hanover building in PA and grew accustomed to the level of service they provide, and the people they employ. They're the best (and they have the best resident events)! Touring Hanover Tysons just confirmed everything I already knew, and the apartments are better than I could have imagined. My transition was so much easier knowing my home was here.

Best in Tysons

Great spot - better than anything else I looked at. Asia and Bianca had me cracking up while Wes helped me pick out my place. No one else in the other buildings around here had time to show me anything. This is the nicest building, and I just walked in and got to check it out. Very easy.

The apartments here are sooo nice and the amenities are insanely cool. It doesn’t hurt that the property is close to virtually everything you could need—-shopping, restaurants, major roads, groceries. It’s literally perfect
