Love the location, great amenities, walking around the the area is fantastic. I saw deer on the island of he first time I walked around the building. Most of the residents are very friendly. I love that hummingbirds during this he summer and the native plants so that if you look close enough you can see a lot of native bees.

This is a very convenient andupscale residence with great walking trails. The drawback is the parking situation for guests and family unless you rent multiple spaces in the parking garage and who can afford that?

We love our location at The Island. The view and the atmosphere is excellent. This is a multigenerational facility and most tenants are very polite and friendly. The common concern we have is the lack of parking on the plaza level for guests.We have addressed this concern with the office management in the past and they have taken note. Both the community managers and the maintenance staff are very responsive to our concerns. This is a very comfortable setting regardless of season.,

We have been very pleased with our stay here. The entire staff is courteous and very helpful . Most maintenance requests gets done in very timely manner .

Im obsessed with my apartment at the Island! Literally everything about it is perfect but here is what makes me especially happy: its quiet, smells good, very modern, new appliances, huge windows, tall ceilings, gorgeous views, excellent location and just overall very zen. The only way Im ever leaving is to buy a house someday. :)

Beautiful Property. Try and see your actual unit before leasing. We were misled about our patio situation that was a huge selling point for us.
The Island Residences exceeded my expectations for apartment living. We have two large dogs and the Island residents are welcoming of me as well as my canine family members. The property is beautiful with the paths and lake and the many green areas. The convenience to downtown or Wayzata is fantastic! The coffee machine in the lobby is delicious and convenient. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 30 years and I would highly recommend The Island to anyone transitioning from one house to another.
living here at The Island helped make a difficult transition easier. I am now referring to it as Hotel California because I may never leave.
We love our apartment, the views of the woods and water, and the serrenity of the area.
This is definitely the best apartment in the whole Minnesota. I would recommend my friends to live here.
I love my apartment and it’s beautiful. I love big windows, plenty of light. Kitchen is great and very nice gas stow. Amenities are great, it’s nice to have club room to entertainment friends. Sauna is perfect for cold weather. And fitness room is great too. Snow have been plowed soon as it started to pile up. I lived in the other places when you can’t get out for two days because nothing is plowed until it’s done snowing. So good job Islander!
