Could be better regarding being able to reach someone in leasing office when you have a question, or if you have to go in being able to speak with someone who is bilingual. In regard to apartments, updates particularly windows and doors that are outdated no insulation whatsoever, cold air seeps through. Towing is not enforced, tow company you hire should be driving through apartments randomly; especially if vehicle is in a "reserved spot". When resident texts company to request tow they should not have to provide proof that spot is theirs, need to create a database between you and tow company; if resident sends picture of spot number tow company should be able to type information in and pull up details pertaining to tow request. Get more experienced maintenance people, when i first moved here 8 years or so there were at least three. Keep up maintenance on ac units always issues once weather gets warm.

Mary es muy amable y muy atenta, Marcos nos ayudó en todo el proceso sinceramente nos hizo el trámite muy fácil, fue muy atento y amable, es muy tranquilo el lugar, lo único malo es que en los basureros tienen muchos muebles apilados y los residentes tiran las bolsas con basura fuera del contenedor. A mi me gusta el lugar.

Bad experience here in general since we have lived here almost 5 years with calling fixing doing anything to the apartment some of the people in the office are rude and when u need something replaced they make a big deal out of it they just give you old appliances dirty and smelly and with bugs maybe if they would work with you it would not be so bad they need to improve with the tenants clean up the breezeway and the parking lot there’s so much more but I would not finish so I would reconsider moving here.

Overall the experience hasn’t been bad we have been here a few years. I don’t like the fact we have to request pest control before it was just done every month.

So many things have changed since I moved here 3 years ago. When calling in a work order the information isn’t always properly explained. Many of the extra perks aren’t as clean as they used to be. The dog stations are not upkept , the dumpsters are always over flowing after the weekend and people are still doing car maintenance and leaving oil & material scattered around

The apartment community has a great location, with easy access to almost anything. It's pretty quiet for the most part, with the exception of a few radicals..... which can be a bit irritating. However, the units are old and could use some serious updates and pest control.
