Property Ratings at The Horizon at Springdale Park
My experience with the application process was horrible. Please be aware you have to make 3 times the amount of rent per month, it is in VERY SMALL writing towards the end of the application. This is net NOT gross, as I assumed. Mostly, all properties have this stipulation, but income is based on gross income NOT net income. I had multiple email conversations with my licensing agent, and met her in person. Income was NEVER mentioned. I basically paid them $100 view my 3 pay stubs. They refused to refund my money. The $100 is for a credit and background check, neither one was done, again I paid a $100 for them to view my paystubs. However, it all worked out, found a larger apartment, 2 bedroom for the same price. I met their income requirements, as it was based on GROSS NOT NET, and I was told upfront as everyone should be as a curtesy.
