Apartment is good! Neighborhood is nice. Concierge is friendly. Maintenance could use some work. Just wish they would enforce the no smoking policy.

So far so good! Place is beautiful and the leasing office is great and accommodating. Pike and Rose is a lot of fun with a lot to do! Highly recommend!

Everyone is super nice and welcoming. The area is convenient and upscale! There’s also lots of tech solutions in place to make the day-to-day parts of living here very easy. Plus the amenities are top notch!

Sometimes dog owners are not very responsible with their dogs, but other than that, no issues! Elevators are pretty consistent and arrive quickly.

Its a great place to live, the people,the atmosphere the building. Some of the amenities could be updated but other than that its fine. My dogs love it here

Love the concierge Tatyana. She is always pleasant and greets you! She is simply the best do not loose her. I also love the community is pet friendly, I love seeing all the doggies.

The Building is very well located, the Pike and Rose neighborhood truly adds value to the apartment home, and the apartment layouts are great. Way worth it!!!

I really like the pet friendly aspect of the community. Many of us have gotten to know one another through our pets. Our 2 concierges at the Henri: Tatyana and Catharine are terrific. They are both engaging with the residents and very helpful. They are both especially attentive to the canine residents and greet everyone: residents, guests, delivery people and any who enters with kindness. The community and my building have so much to offer: dining, shopping, and building amenities.

I think the concierge staff; the amenities, and the location are excellent. The service requests response is above average. The building repair time needs improvement. Overall, the resident experience is good.

Management has been helpful. The neighborhood is convenient and many of the neighbors are kind. The carpets in the halls need to be replaced badly.

This is a great place to live near all the shops and restaurants of Pike and Rose as well as the main shopping areas in North Bethesda. Very easy access to DC!

The building itself has nice amenities. Parking is expensive and not guaranteed. The leasing office is impossible to reach, I have to go to the physical office anytime I want to get in contact with them.

Apartment is nice and neighborhood is cool, but we NEED better communication from management. They’re not super on top of things and can cause confusion and delays.

Upkeep of building is not good. Carpet in hallways is disgraceful. Garage doors don’t work. Handicap door opener doesn’t work. Mirrors at top of driveway usually don’t work.

Love the community and amenities. However, the office is insanely slow when replying to requests, even if it's urgent. It took us 3 months just to get a mail key!

She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and reassured me every step of the way. She was consistently prompt in her responses, providing regular updates that kept me informed throughout the process. What truly stood out to me was her dedication—she even disclosed that she had stayed well past her working hours to ensure that I had a definite move-in date. Her commitment was evident in the way she handled my application with efficiency and care.

This is the 3rd apartment I've rented and so far no issues. This is better than prior ones. Nice location, price is decent for the location. Parking could be better but otherwise I like it here. I probably will renew my lease.

Upgrades to building and common areas. Better leasing staff response times. Upgraded apartment fixtures. Better events for residences to gather

I have not had any issues, I like it here, my dogs like it here, im happy. Location is great for dining, meeting people and socializing. People are friendly as well

I just renewed my lease! Been here since 2018. My neighbors are awesome. Met new and current neighbors at our beautiful pool and wine and painting party. The management handles all paperwork quickly. The cleaning staff make it smell look clean and smile. There are new resteraunts opening all the time! All my friends want to live here!

Very active community with lots to do. I am never bored while living here. The Henri is a very clean apartment building and my neighbors are great

While I love my apartment and the surrounding area. I noticed there are some of things I expected to be better. The property doesn’t look like it’s maintained as well as it should be. The garage entrance is permanently open and I feel that there are days I can’t find any parking even though I pay for it. I would prefer just to have a reserved spot. Also the key fobs are hit and miss. I’m stuck fumbling using the old key fob and new key fob to use the elevator or entering my apartment.

I like the variety of shops, activities, and food in walking distance. But the constant rats at the loading dock has got to be the worse. The door is left open which leads to mice gaining access to the inside of the building. The building is nice and clean but the pest takes away the beauty from the Henri. The parking fee is outrageous compared to others in the surrounding areas.

Building itself is nice but management is almost impossible to get a hold of. The amenities they advertise lock at 8pm which is very disappointing.

So far I have been living at The Henri for almost 1 week. The location, the facilities, the concierge (Tatiana), the management (Yasmin) have been phenomenal.. very professional and responsive to any issues.

The apartment itself is great and in a nice area, but the constant weed smells that go unaddressed by management is very disappointing as I have asthma.

Awesome! We moved in really easily thanks to the easy access for the movers. Everything is well kept and the administration people are very nice. There's always events going on, which is super fun!

Great location. Friendly neighbors. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Especially welcoming to pets. Convenient to Metro and only a short walk or drive to a grocery store.
