I have been a resident at the groves for 15 years. I have never had any issues or complaints. The staff is friendly and understanding and attentive. Both the office staff and maintenance staff work effectively and in a timely manner. I would recommend living here!
Our rent was raised 3 times in 20 months. Absolutely nothing done in that time to improve the properties or grounds. We left the apartment in immaculate condition to ensure our security deposit and we were charged $842 for a carpet replacement for a red stain the size of a dime. Do not recommend at all, especially to those with children. You will be charged for anything.
I lived at this apartment complex for almost three years. Really loved this place. Staff on site were extremely helpful, cooperative and nice. Head of maintenance, Tom, was super nice and quick to respond. Never had an issue during my stay at this place. Outside is maintained very well. Each unit is super energy-efficient. My electric bill was only $25 to $35 in average. Heat and hot water was included. Plenty of guests parking and designated parking for renters. Well lit property at night with LED flood lights. I highly recommend this place for apartment seekers.
Great location & maintenance staff. Roomy townhouse with beautiful landscaping. Best part is dog friendly, they even provide waste bags for quick cleanup.
