The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Grove at 43rd
These apartments are roach infested, and sometimes had barely functioning water. I stayed here with my baby and I kept begging them to fix the air conditioning the thermostat was set to 95 degrees, in the summer time. And come to find out they cut the wire to the ac connected to our apartment unit, I would not recommend staying here.
All has been amazing.!! Never had an issue. Great place.
SAD, SAD SAD. Not trained, they change management every year or so. They do not know the least basic of managing an apartment complex....either that or they just DONT CARE.
This place is ridiculous. I never in my life dealt with so many unprofessional people. They will act like you’re just a piece of trash. All the front office people are so untrustworthy and never help. They tell you things will change and they never do. Been months since they changed management and oh my goodness. We don’t have hot water, people’s apartments are being flooded, THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONES. Gates are always messed up. This is so unreal. I need to leave this place ASAP. Nobody deserves living like this. While they live off of our rent money dressing up all boujiee we have to find out how we are going to shower. SMH , WE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP !!
If I could give this place less than one star I would horrible management horrible how they handle everything they are never in the office no working numbers in case of an emergency there's no one to come and assist with any issues. My apartment flooded for times with sewage water poo and baby wipes they fixed it halfway and it keeps clogging up and we are forced to live in these conditions when we have asked many times to have our lease broken due to unlivable conditions mold in the apartment water underneath the floorboards me and my family have severe allergies even my dog had to be on medication due to him stepping on the sewage water. We have reached out to the regional supervisor, owner , managers and even submitted a report with the apartment association and nothing has been done. The past month we had no hot water for 3 weeks! The new management is terrible. Don't move here!
I have been in these apartments for almost a month and have experienced a couple of minor issues. Marixa did not call me about the issues she came to see and rectified the situation immediately. She provided this help after her working hours. I can't express how thankful I am to have a manager who truly cares about her tenants. I feel blessed to have her as my apartment manager. She's the best!
Kaplan management is the same thing as Indio management from mo the ago - just a new name. Yes there are Apple Pay washing machines - but they don’t tell you that it is now $1.60 to was instead of $1:50 and it is now $1.80 to dry instead of $1. My rent went up this year even though there are multiple open units here. Kaplan seems I interested in saving money for the property owner. Have been looking for my next place for several mo the since Kaplan doesn’t care about rewarding its most loyal clients.
I moved here in May 2017. A new Mgmt company took over about 6 weeks ago. The complex just received new washers and dryers that use Apple Pay and new, larger trash dumpsters at both ends of the complex. The pool is small and very clean. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. The only challenge I currently see is with pet owners walking their dogs to the proper areas to go to the bathroom. There are pet stations equipped with bags so owners can pick up after their pets. There is no guest parking inside the gates. I am very happy here and recommend this complex to busy, quiet professionals who are on-the-go.
