Josh is the best nice & competent hard working agent. Made us feel home since our first visit to check for our home to be. The complex is well maintained overall, the apartments are beautiful, my kids can’t wait for the summer to enjoy the (feel like a spacious resort) pool.

I sold my house and moved to The Gregory with my son over a year ago. I have loved living in this community from day one! Beautiful, quiet community with access to anything one may need. I’ve lived in the community for almost a year and in that year it’s been a pleasure being a resident. The community staff is always pleasant and helpful, the common areas are clean and I feel generally safe living here. If I move it will only be for reasons of wanting more space/buying a house.

I have been a resident at the Gregory for almost two years. I like that it is a gated community. Also, it is a smaller complex compared to many other apartment communities. It provides many amenities; such as, single and double car garages, a pool with lap lanes, game room facility, and workout room both indoor and outdoor. The layout of the community is nice as well; it is basically a loop. Great for outside walks for you and your pets. Finally, it is a pet friendly community which is important to me.
