The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Several problems with living at the Goodwin. 1/ Many incidents of building intruders is a huge safety concern. Examples: Car prowlers at night in the garage, homeless person on the rooftop doing drugs, in unit home burglary 2/ many incidents of missing packages. Had to file a police report but the situation has not improved. 3/ needed several maintenance repairs: washer didn’t drain water, refrigerator leaked, mold under floorboards, door fell off a hinge

The space is beautiful, the layouts are nice, and the location is absolutely perfect. Management does its best to handle issues, but the issues are prolific and range from small (such as faulty appliances) to serious (concerningly poor security and mishandling of billing processes). I love being here for the style and location, but I've lost trust in management and have had to lower my expectations.
