The Hill Farms-University area is located on Madison’s west side, about ten minutes from the Wisconsin State Capitol Building. Its close proximity to the beautiful University of Wisconsin campus makes it a desirable residential area and on a clear day you may even be able to catch a glimpse of Lake Mendota from across the grounds of the Blackhawk Country Club on the neighborhood’s northern border.
