Im loving it here! The grounds are well-maintained and the staff is friendly. There are many community events and most of the neighbors are friendly and receptive. 5/5 complex!

Very clean and quiet for the most part. Parking isn’t great. There should be a parking overflow for people with multiple cars and guests. One person for each unit should have a designated parking.
I can tell the office staff/managers are doing the best they can to ensure the community guidelines are being followed. However, it is disappointing because I smell cigarettes in my bathroom at times (we are non-smokers, also with a child in our home), possibly coming through the vents. Additionally, I have stepped on dog poop quite a few times. The worst of all is smelling marijuana in the hallway of our apartments. How to explain to my daughter 2-3 times a week that smell is from a skunk? Just not the best area to raise a 6 year old daughter. I know it's not something we can control, but we specifically chose The Exchange due to the no smoking policy, however, smoking is very well alive here.
This is a very nice community with great maintenance and office staff. The clubhouse is clean and comfortable . The only negatives are the trash and recycling dumpsters that are often overflowing and very difficult to open the covers and throw heavier trash inside. Parking is great during the day but difficult at night to find a space. The appliances are efficient and of course brand new! The storage space for a one bedroom is limited though with no outdoor storage closet or bathroom medicine/wall cabinets Overall it’s a pleasant community
I enjoy living here and the staff is all very friendly and attentive! I like that they plan fun community activities and encourage neighbors to get to know each other. I think the grounds are kept well and maintenance is helpful when needed.
Ever since moving in my girlfriend and I have loved it! We have met tons of new people and all the events make it easy to meet up. The people working here are also great and nice. Highly recommend!
I just moved here recently and I’m already loving it! The neighborhood feels so welcoming and comfortable. Everyone I’ve met so far has been super friendly, and it really feels like a community where people look out for each other. The area is clean, safe, and has such a nice vibe. I’m really glad I made the move here — it already feels like home. Can’t wait to settle in more and make some great memories in my new community!

To my surprise the common area in the main office is well decorated, complimentary gourmet coffee, well maintained. The gym is clean, well appointed with the selection of excerise equipment. Overall very satisfied with the open concept common area.
We love living here so peaceful and nice everyone is very friendly and welcoming it’s a warm and friendly neighborhood with amenities appropriate for all ages and office reps that are friendly and always ready to help
Staff is friendly and always there to help! Complex nice. Pool and gym is a plus. Been good so far. Killed quite a few spiders. Have to get something for that. Otherwise all well! Would recommend!

From our first visit to signing the lease, everything was completed in just two days. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Everything was clearly explained, with excellent support and timely answers to all our questions. We even received step-by-step instructions and helpful contacts for setting up internet and other utilities. Alexa, the property manager, is incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. She made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. We’re really looking forward to moving in—just a little bit longer to wait! These apartments are truly worth your attention. They’re located in a great neighborhood and are a perfect choice for families.
Juliann and Alex are amazing. They make living here so at home and comfortable. Any questions or concerns they get back to immediately then there is always a follow up. I have grown into really enjoying & loving where I call home. The management & office team are by lovely. Great commutation, friendly and responsive. Neighbourhood and location is long and wide, right in the center of action. Walkable near by stores, many restaurants to choose from. Apartments are nice. Central air is a plus.

Staff has been more than amazing and efficient! Very amazing community including the neighbors everyone’s kind and respectful. this community goes above and beyond at resolving not only the big issues but the little ones as well, I have no complaints at all. My family and I love life here at 53 west!
Bad we went 3 months without our master bathroom. Our AC goes out and has to be fixed every week. We never get a code for our packages. It's just been bad experience since we have moved in.
We love staying here maintenance and the staff team are always on top of things when you need them! We have had no issues with neighbors either everyone has been awesome

So far my neighbors are very friendly, especially my neighbor next door to me , she’s very welcoming love her personality. As well as the management staff, very welcoming , super informative and supportive. The whole office is down to earth and chill. I would definitely recommend others to submit an application to rent, it’s worth it.

My family and I love our new home! We enjoy the community and absolutely love the staff! Juliann and Alexa are simply amazing! They made my moving experience seamless! Overall Lovely community, beautifully built complex, friendly office team & maintenance guy. Near all, such as Target, ShopRite, Tjmaxx, Home goods, complain about that.
So far so good. The staff has been very friendly and are knowledgeable in regards to the complex. They go out of their way to keep you up to date on events and are very approachable if you have any questions. The maintenance supervisor is especially helpful. He went out of his way to help me and that's kindness that you rarely see anymore. Some things are still under construction, but this complex has the potential to be great! I'm looking forward to spending many happy years here...

TEOF is the best community I’ve ever lived in so far (and I’ve lived in 3 others prior to here). The property staff are so kind and helpful, they made our move-in smooth, and the unit we have is beautiful! I look forward to seeing the final project and enjoying the amenities next month.
