This is by far one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. They are prompt when fixing something within a unit. The property is managed by a great staff who are always friendly and ready to help and understanding. You will not be disappointed in moving here you will love the property and the staff
MICE everywhere! I went to visit my family who lives here and there is always mice running in the hallways in their building and by the dumpsters. Their office does not do anything to get rid of them. Don’t move here if you are thinking of moving here. The staff is rude too. One time my cousin was on the phone with them and I could hear how the man was speaking. Poor customer service.

We've lived here for 5 years and we have no regrets! Aside from having spacious bedrooms, walk-in closets, and high ceilings, the entire place is beautiful with a great location. We love the pool, the courtyard, the landscape... it is well maintained! It is very convenient and close to almost everything we need. We feel safe here ( not to mention there’s a few police officers that live in our building). Our neighbors are friendly. Our daughter loves growing up here. Most of all, the staff (both management and maintenance ) are kind, approachable , helpful, understanding and provide great service! They attend to our concerns and requests respectfully and promptly. We highly recommend this place!

The new Germantown team is amazing. They are very responsive and takes care of all of my requests in a timely fashion. I am very impressed with all of the resident events that we are having especially the food trucks. Mr. King communicates all the time with the residents and notify us of any updates. This apartment complex has very modern living spaces with high ceilings, large bedrooms that can fit king size beds, with room for dressers Parking can be a bit hit or miss at times. Maintenance is very responsive and does good work in general. We are finding it difficult to find a rental townhouse that is as nice as theae apartments for the same amount of money per month. A/C units are a bit undersized for the living spaces.

We've been renting here since early 2014. It's very convenient with access to groceries, local shopping centers, college, highways, etc. Management and their staff are awesome. They're very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to your needs. Over the years, things worn out here and there in my unit, but the maintenance crew is very prompt to come solving any issues. It's recently renovated to all new high-end standards and we really like it. Overall, we enjoy living here and highly recommend you to join our community.

I lived here for 3 years and transferred to a rwnovated unit. The space and granite countertop really is worth my money. Management is always doing projects taking care of the grounds and any issues... They take care of it right away. The new maintenance supervisor is awesome!

This place is the worst place I have ever lived, and i have lived many places. Constant noise from neighbors who can not control their kids, trash everywhere, and the worst part is management that does not care. I think they let ANYONE live here. Look elsewhere, trust me.
This is hands down the most porely managed apartment complex I've ever lived in. During the summer our air conditioner was down for 8 weeks before they finally had to hire a professional HVAC tech to service it. They treated the issue as if it was not critical and during those 8 weeks our electric bill almost doubled. My neighbor had the exact same issue. Over the holidays there were multiple instances of theft from residents door steps and the management team refused to investigate or file a report with the police. There is not a day that goes by that I walk my dog and don't see trash around the complex. I would advise anyone considering this complex to reconsider. I've lived in apartments all over the US and this was the worst. We broke our lease so we could leave.

This apartment is nice and roomy, we have problem with the neighbor above us , they're so so so loud, walking like large animal we can't handle it anymore, we've been telling them to respect you neighbor but the young man say my parents didn't teach them how to walk , and say this is apartment than it is what it is , we say no if you live in apartment you have to respect each other , you can do what ever you want if you live in your own house , they just to loud , sometimes we hear running just from living room to the bedroom , 4 adult live above us , sometimes play tv to loud until 12.30 and talking so loud . We've been telling the office but not sure what they been doing... we get frustration with all this noise. ...

My apartment is on third floor just beside a small forest with a very nice loft. First of all, the room is very light and airy, and large enough for my family. Everyday we can see the sunset, very beautiful scene. Also, the community is very nice, good maintenance, and we have gym and pool(pool only opens in summer). Only inconvenience is that the packages are always delivered to office and the office is closed at 5 pm everyday, so if we work late in weekdays, we can only pick up the packages at the weekend.
