They break into vehicles the office doesn’t care! The have ROACHES they lit the garbage containers on fire and they didn’t get new ones trash all over the place it’s disgusting the city should shut these apartments down! Can’t wait to move. Y’all should be ashamed of youselves not caring about the tenants. 3rd time they break into our vehicle no security the GATES don’t even close and supposedly it’s a great location yea right.

Lack of communication and poor new management....Make sure if you move in here to get anything they promise you in writing.... Run away while you can.. all the 5 stars you see are from employees. One of the girls in the old staff informed me .

Counting down the days until my lease is up. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The apartments are trashy and the staff loves to ignore their tenants. Be sure to have an attorney on speed dial because this place is as shady as it gets.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant wait until my lease is up next month. They control the AC UNIT and for some reason the boiler always have problems. My car was towed the second week I moved in. Roach infested and the property stays trashy and resident does pick up after their dogs. This place is a joke, So if I was smart the first time I would not moved here.

I moved in on May 2, 2018, and I love my apartment. I have alot of space for the price. I even have a wet bar and I'm excited about my putting favorite liquors there. The apartment has been renovated and I love it. The staff is very professional and courteous. One day I was taking two suitcases upstairs. One staff member picking up trash had stopped what he was doing and took my suitcases upstairs. I didn't even have to ask, he just volunteered!

Great place to live. Very close to the Galleria Area. Freeways and stores. The area is nice and convenient. No maintenance issues so far great customer service. I recommend this place all friends and family

I moved in recently and they have treated me with respect. Great customer service, the new office staff Ana, liliana and luis are very friendly they are patience and thats a plus.

I lived here about a year ago. Management is very nice til you move in. I have never wanted to have roaches, but bedbugs are even worse! We had bedbugs everywhere, and realized they were even painted over in our apartment which means the complex knew!! Save yourself the stress. Don't move here. Every other complaint I remember seems petty in comparison to bedbugs. Definitely worst experience ever.

The worst apartment. ..mentainance service is too worst.mostly time drainage problem..a/c doesn't get cool.I m fedup from these apartment.if u call mentainance office for complain they won't answer .just only say that our mentainance staff is busy.will come to fix ur problem after 2 or 3 days. Never take a lease from this apartment bcz I save ur money and rest of ur life

I have lived here several months and I can just say that I LOVE MY APARTMENT and the location. Close to everything, even work! I definitely recommend this place.

I have been living here for quite some months maintenance is always on top of their game, they fix things from one day to another and do not leave you waiting days like in other places there's no problem at all in this apartment complex it's so big and the pools are always clean

the way this apartments are from the inside are BEAUTIFUL i love the renovations they did and the colors the apartment has inside and the flooring its all so great!

Don't be fooled. Management is a joke. Incapable of handling anything, constantly stressed out and frustrated, and has no knowledge on how to run a property properly. The ladies at the front are the first people you see and are extremely unfriendly, uncaring, unknowledgeable and by far, extremely lazy at their jobs. It is a mystery on how they are even qualified to sit there. Don't say you haven't been warned. If you come to this property and sign papers, you will regret it immensely. DO NOT COME HERE.

I haven't even moved in, and ive had nothing but the run around!! They false advertise saying they work with broken leases, I was told with having a broken lease that I would have an additional deposit (that's normal right?) Nope, I paid $50 app fee $199 move in special, but after broken lease pulled with my background I was told I had to pay an additional $300 non refundable deposit, and full first months rent! After all was said I still went to look at my apartment, roaches everywhere!! and the bathroom, I wouldn't let my dog use! The manager refuses to provide the number for a supervisor in charge of complex, and will not provide corporates phone number!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY like I did.

I hate these apartments! It takes them months to fix things. There's an infestation of roaches and you can't control your own heat or A/C. They control whether you'll have heat or AC. The parking lot floods, there's minimal free resident parking and visitor's parking. The management is rude and they lie a lot. They won't give your their corporate number or email. My car was keyed and towed from the apartments. DON'T DO IT!

DO NOT LET THE NEW MANAGEMENT FOOL YOU, NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! Where do I start.....my car was towed from MY reserved parking space within the first 2 weeks of living here. Of course management didn't do anything about it except insist that my tag wasn't in the window and my tire was flat when I picked my car up after paying $225. I moved in on Aug 28th and was told not to pay the $20 for my reserved spot until the 1st of the following month (which I did). On the 15th of September I received a notice for a electricity disconnect notice for a past due balance of $20 for August. I went down to the office and spoke with the asst manager who said it was for my reserved parking fee for the whole last 3 days of August. October came around and being so I had just relocated to here to Texas and had gotten my car towed along with a flat tire, my funds were short. I called the office and spoke to the asst manager since the property manager was "on vacation" and told her I would pay the rent on the 15th of October. I came home from work on the 13th to find a boot on my door and the office was closed. ALSO, the gate had not worked since I first moved in and one day I came home and couldn't get in because it had been fixed and management didn't notify anyone of the gate code to get in. Bottom line is that the management is terrible and not very smart (obviously). The property manager here does not take responsibility for any of the mishaps and doesn't like being confronted. She will try to talk over you as you tell her whats going on and the notices that they put on the residents doors are grammatically incorrect. WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT IS THAT?????

They could careless about your concerns; dog feces all over the place and they do nothing about it. Trash all over the place; they evict residents every month and they place their stuff by the trash can - beds, mattress, living room furntiture. Smells, cockroaches, and bathroom toilet clogs up! Pay the extra few hundred dollars and find another place!

To begin maintaining this good bad and ugly , not to mention the air conditioning does not cool , and as you have the useful Including air conditioning they handle them on your behalf and your home becomes an oven . NOT RECOMENDED

I CAME DOWN FROM OHIO AND AT 1ST WAS HMM.... BUT I REALLY I MEAN REALLY LOVED MY APT IT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR BUT ITS OKAY YES THE PROPERTY IS OLDER BUT THAT WHAT I LIKE ABOUT I HAVE WASHER AND DRYER IN MY HOME GREAT VIEWS FROM UP HERE ... i EVEN TOLD A FEW CO-WORKERS ABOUT IT

These apartments are horrible i lived there for a month and moved out my air was going gout and i also had roaches this place gave me the creeps.
