The place is nice but too expensive. It keeps a lot of people our by the rental amount.

Abigail is amazing ... went out of her way to make sure we were moved in successfully. Pleasure to deal with moved in with the bad weather, made sure we had everything we needed. Loved to see everyone using the gym .. my daughter loves the coffee bar!! She goes to work early , and grabs a cup on the way out . Garage easy in and out Glad we chose the Danforth!! So convenient !!

So far everyone here seems very nice and pleasant! The dog and I love walking around the building and exploring. We "accidentally" went on a hike the other morning and it was wonderful!

I love the spacious accommodations, excellent amenities, and the convenience of having groceries, restaurants, and a theater nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the abundance of hiking trails adds to the charm. The shuttle service to the train station is a fantastic bonus, making transportation seamless and hassle-free.

Great location and the apartments are spacious and newly renovated! Walls and floor of apartments are thin so noise carries over. Apartment office staff are friendly but not very responsive-- we've had to send multiple emails and reminders to get a response.

This is not a luxury building as advertised there is no security and the appliances are not maintained the apartments are extremely noisy between apartments

When we first viewed the facility, we were excited to join the community. We were buzzed in at the front desk and not allowed past the front ( it was after office hours). Now the fron door is never closed all the way. People walk in and out. The garage door is up often. People prop open the back door to walk their dogs, possibly letting in rodents. And the halls smell and the carpets are filthy. It is not worth the money any longer

The Danforth used to be a very lovely place to live prior to management change. Unfortunately, now, the difficulties of addressing issues in the apartment, equipment, not working, and getting a response from the maintenance and management is very frustrating.

Leading up to my move into the building the staff was well connected. My first weekend here, the staff has been super helpful. Looking forward to meeting more people as I use the amenities.

It's hard to find a cleaner and safer place to rent in the area. You get what you pay for in this world, so that sums up Danforth in a nutshell. It's not cheap, but there are way more pluses than minuses.

The apartment complex is in a great location near stores, daycare, and the highway. The Danforth management staff is friendly but somewhat disorganized: residents need to 1) remind the staff to refill/ repair amenities in the common areas and 2) send repeated emails to get a response to their questions.

Living here has been an absolute delight! From the fantastic amenities to the impeccable maintenance, everything about this place is just perfect. The leasing staff are always so courteous and friendly, making the experience even better. One of the best things about this apartment is its location. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, it's the ideal spot for anyone working in the city. With just a 40-45 minute train ride into the heart of the city, it's convenient yet peaceful. Coming back home to this serene environment after a bustling day in the city is truly rejuvenating. Plus, everything I need is right at my doorstep! From grocery stores to restaurants and even a spa, everything is within easy reach. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful living environment a real home life for all ages!

Amenities are great and the neighborhood is beautiful. Maintenance of the property is also great. Only downside is that there is some noise when someone walks upstairs.

Great community feel; quickly felt like home shortly after moving in thanks to the accommodation, availabity to help me with questions regarding settling in, and graciousness of the staff.

February will be one year here and so far we have enjoyed living here. Everyone including those who work here are friendly. Have improved building since being here.

We simmply love it here! Just 45 mins to Manhattan by Metro North. And the apartment has daily morning and evening shuttle service to Dobbs Ferry station. WHat's not to like!

We have lived here since February and are very happy here. The people who work here are friendly and always helpful. The pool was also great over the summer.

I love living here at The Danforth. It is clean, friendly and oh so comfortable! The neighborhood is very safe and I can walk to the stores, restaurants and movie theater! I love my apartment, the pool and the gym/studio. So happy here.

W have been here since February and have been very happy. The pool has been great and we're very excited for the patio work to be completed.

Great building and facilities, it has a lovely community feel, the maintenance of the building is good and they are very responsive, the building is safe and has a great location near good schools, quick access to the HW.

I absolutely love it. It is home for me! So comfortable quiet and has everything I want and love. I have a nice quiet apartment love the gym and studio pool and garage to park in.

I have had the opportunity to enjoy the free coffee! Some mornings i just dont have time to visit Starbucks. Being able to have choices 24 hours a day, free is amazing

Moved in Mid-February and already very comfortable and happy being here. Olivia is awesome and the maintenance staff is always quick and helpful. Everyone is very friendly.

The apartment is great. All the staff is very helpful. Easy to get packages and deliveries. The gym is kept immaculate and total experience is excellent

Been here for more than five years now. Great place with good public schools. Only problem is they have increased the rent so much that I am forced to leave this place!

The walls are paper thin. Management does nothing to enforce the "quiet hours" of this complex. Literally only get 4-5 hours a sleep a night here because of nightmare neighbors. Maintenance might come to see the request or they could just "resolve" the issue without ever showing up to your door and leaving you to fix it yourself.

The Danforth in Dobbs Ferry, NY is an excellent property that's contemporary with great amenities (parking garage attached to the property, fitness center, club house with pool table, outdoor pool) and a great, friendly & personable, professional management staff. The property is located next to great dining/restaurants, shops and a cinema.....all within a few minute's walking distance, etc.

The Danforth is a well-managed, clean, safe community with many positive amenities.

We love it here, would rent again if we were staying the this area.

Danforth is warm and welcoming, clean and secure. Staff is always accommodating eland eager to please. Neighborhood is convenient, location is easily accessible. If this was a condo, we would purchase.

A beautiful place to call home. Warm welcoming staff who provide an inclusive sense of community; gorgeous apartments that are large and clean and well appointed. Dog friendly and all the best amenities; we love it here!

The one issue that I do not understand is not fixed is that the address # 100 is not any where on the building. So many people and truckers have trouble finding the building because of lack of # on building

There are few buildings in Westchester that provide a similar quality of apartments and none with the amenities, location, and value like The Danforth. It's spacious, clean, and safe. Frankly, I haven't seen a comparable place in all of Westchester.

The Danforth Apartment Building is clean and well cared for. The garage is well-situated which allows for ease of bringing in groceries, etc. The floor plan layout is well thought out. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was one of the best features though. The concierge service is also very appreciated. If the cost of the apartment was slightly lower I would give the building 5 stars.

Danforth has a lot to offer and is a great location!
