Trinity Park is defined by fun -- this is the location of the PNC Arena, the Carter-Finley Stadium, and the NC State Fair. It is also home to the Centennial Biomedical Campus, the JC Raulston Arboretum, and the J.S. Dorton Arena. Trinity Park is one of Raleigh's most vibrant neighborhoods, located roughly five miles northwest of Downtown Raleigh.
Sports fans appreciate having the PNC Arena in the neighborhood -- and so do concert-goers. The PNC Arena is home to the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes and the NC State Wolfpack basketball team, but it also hosts special events, live music, and special performances. College football fans can head to Carter-Finley Stadium to cheer on the Wolfpack football team. The State Fair, held in the fall, features special events, live shows and music, and rides and games.

Not bad, but there are other new complexes that offer more for the same price. The Dakota is fine but has multiple little annoyances such as weak WiFi in the common areas, pool issues, and package locker issues.

Me and my roommates enjoyed living here. Pretty quiet overall. Parking can sometimes be troublesome, manageable, but if you get back later in the evening you might have a little walk to get back to your building. Maintenance has been great. Any issues were resolved within 24 hours.

Appreciated the updates to the complex, landscaping is pretty too. Accepting of pets-- I know a tenant who has four in her unit!! Maintenance is always on top of everything, no service requests lasts in my portal for no more than 24 hours, so efficient!!

Been great so far after moving in about a month ago. The gym has been out of service for a couple maintenance repairs. The amenities are good for the price of rent. A great value. Noise is pretty minimal. It is close to highway 40 which is great for traveling around the city, to the beach, to the mountain. We feel very safe at night and after dark.

I love this place so much. First week here has been a blast and can’t wait for the new adventures. The amenities are amazing and the complex is cozy, the apartment feels so spacey. I really love the lock and key aspect of the doors, it feels more like a home and the internet options to choose your own plan. I love that you can control your thermostat from the nest app and that it works smoothly. This place is the perfect balance of just enough tech and just enough old school for me lol.

I love it here! We’ve only needed maintenance twice in 8 months and they came out same-day both times. Amenities are great, we love our unit, staff is awesome, and we LOVE the community events (food trucks, coffee, occasional free food and seasonal gifts).

This is an excellent community. Everything is wonderful. If I have to nitpick, I will suggest to regularly arrange some cleaning personnel to clean up the fallen leaves in the 0 floors of the corridor. Then, it’s will be perfect.

There've been ups & downs but overall, very well! Staff is helpful and helps take care of situations. My neighbor below me can't stand me simply living in my apartment with my dogs and yells/pounds on the walls during daytime hours. The staff took care of the situation, and we came up with a plan if it happens again when nobody is in the office.

I enjoy my stay. I only have a few gripes which is the WiFi is a tad bit outdated as the Ethernet ports or Cat 5e instead of Cat 6e. I also wish there was a ceiling fan or light included in the second bedroom.
